Whitebet W/D 21 hours ago:

Got this e-mail today:

Hi Dunover,

Hope you are well!

We are contacting since we can see that your withdrawal unfortunately rolled back.
This was due to a system error, and we're very sorry for the inconvenience. Please request a new withdrawal.

Thanks for your understanding!

Best regards,
Kristoffer

Well I WAS well until I heard my w/d has been delayed (not for the first time) by a day.

Heypoker - 22 hours pending:

WTF??? To be honest I am getting so sick of being pissed-about by casinos, even good ones I think I'm going to take a break from the lot for a while.
This seems like a tactic to get me to play it back by either leaving it or putting it back in my a/c. NO I WON'T SO PAY ME PLEASE!!

What with my Guts/Rizk hassles (still no real answer to what happened) I've, yes! had a gutsfull.

It's obviously a stealth 'oops, technical error, please reverse' tactic and I for one hate all these ingenious methods casinos use, knowing that 50% or more of players would play that back. I know I probably would, at least in the sense that it 'saves' me time to redeposit elsewhere.

Another casino I play at regularly used to do instant notifications via email that my withdrawals were being processed and that was that - peace of mind.

These days I wait for a day or so, realize nothing is happening and have to go into chat to 'accelerate' my withdrawal when this used to be the norm.

Standards have dropped across the board I feel, and it's even affecting some of the more reputable ones. After all, they've built their userbase, why try harder right?

Very annoying but some what also a surprising post/thread

Personally I only make the occasional deposit at Redbet but the wife 'lives there' and the bulk of her weekly allowance is played at Redbet.

With this in mind we are used to the average withdrawal speed (which we agree (asked her as I'm posting this) is around 1.5 hours)

Shortest time has been about 10 minutes!! - However we've also noticed that the last fortnight or so they do seem to be dragging their feet and the 'average' as mentioned is slowly getting longer.

That been said however Monday of this week she managed a small withdrawal (130 euros) which appeared to be left to 'sit there' - A quick visit to support and they processed it for her on the spot.

Previous feedback from support, she had been told that as long as it was under 500 euros that 'normal staff/agents' could process w/d's 'as and when' and that time frames were dependent on how busy they were that Morning/Afternoon/Evening but were usually 'pretty sharpish' (whatever that means)

In closing (and this is only an educated guess) we have seen a few changes coming to light from this group of late (The sudden ban of playing DOA with bonus funds springs to mind) so I have to feel that these are a collection of 'management decision' changes to include withdrawal procedures of which you are possibly experiencing the brunt of!

I share your frustrations!

Had that recently also with a different accredited casino.
Something went wrong with the WD and they put the funds back in my account.
Had to do a new WD request which I did of course.
Then it was processed but with a full 24h delay.
Didn't want to make too much fuss about it but yeah it seems to happen more often these days.

I have just been on live chat, 'Tommy' told me can't help bar contact the 'financial dept' for me (not available lol) and he closed the chat just as I pressed the e-mail button to get a copy so I was sent to the 'survey' page and couldn't get my chat transcript back.

Evasive I'm afraid, can't or won't tell me why my withdrawal was rolled back at Whitebet and having re-done it hours ago still hasn't been touched. My Heypoker w/d now pending for over a day. Vague 'busy' excuses was all I could get.

I WOULD RECOMMEND REDBET/WHITEBET/HEYPOKER PLAYERS BEAR IN MIND THERE SEEMS TO BE INORDINATE AND UNUSUAL DELAYS IN PROCESSING CASH-OUTS - I PM'D ADAM EARLIER BUT AS YET HAVE NOT HAD A RESPONSE.

Will update if anything changes.

Update - just got an e-mail 'thanking me for my patience' (which I ran out of hours ago.) SOMETHING DOESN'T SEEM RIGHT.

OK Just received this e-mail:

Hi Dunover,

thank you for your reply.

I was able to reach our financial department, as I walked straight to them.
I can happily inform that both of your pending withdrawals are now approved and completed.

We apologize the issue Dunover and hope you have a good night!

Kind regards,
Tommy

(5 minutes earlier I e-mailed them back saying I was passing this over to Adam on here, which I already did by the way.)

So it appears I have been paid, but still very slow compared to usual. Maybe Adam can explain why this is becoming more frequent lately. Yes, I know as players we get spoilt with fast payments at some of the accredited sites so are concerned when these good timescales drop off, but I am still confused about things.

One word: Videoslots

Not sure if you play there, but if you don't I seriously would consider. Payments are lightning fast!

Yes, I did do a couple of years ago. I closed my a/c after decent win. A bad habit I used to have. The thing is, until recently Redbet group were very fast.:confused:

Indeed and as I said earlier a surprising read in general.

Way too many of the casino 'Greats' seem to be heading in the wrong direction of late, whether it be payment speed, bonuses (and banning of them), adding restricted games/bet sizes etc etc.

In fact I feel this year I have seen a serious uptrend in negative based threads which used to be here and there, now its daily and more than one most days!

Let's just hope that this is a 'bump in the road' with your situation, although I am eager to find out the reason for your situation should you get to find out yourself and are able to disclose in the forum.

Already had to warn the 'enemy' no more DOA (her fave game) at her 'go to' site if she took a bonus, still suffering the back lash of that one as we speak!

Please keep us updated if you can Dunover

The negative threads tend to occur when casinos hitherto with very high standards like Redbet and 32red etc. deviate from those, not as a mere one-off but in a more concerted fashion. We are a fussy lot on here admittedly so tend to notice these trends. That said, like many of you guys I base my custom on these high standards, so it tends to hurt a bit more when things happen. So I have had to badger to be paid, which is not something I am used to where I play.

Agreed!

With my 'time served' I expect the same high standards I come to appreciate, mostly from the places I have placed my trust and loyalty in.

I hold my hands up I am as guilty as the next man for a quick rant if these standards slip regardless of the reason and have had a few (this year) where withdrawals have been much longer than what I have gotten used to.

May seem harsh but catch me in the wrong frame of mind and I hate having to go to support to ask for MY money!

I can understand delays for new players to scrutinse betting patterns and bet sizes etc but when my style of play has not changed since I joined 'X' casino and I rarely bet above a quid, fully KYC'ed etc then there are simply no excuses, (Forgiving the old 'technical issues  )

It seems to be a case of reputable casinos getting slacker and more restrictive, but at the same time hoping that new players aren't likely to notice.

Which is a shame because many have spent years building up a solid reputation....I would have thought having so many casinos knocking about now would make competition fiercer and good establishments try harder to maintain their status.

Given Redbet's pretty high WR and humdrum reloads, not to mention DOA-gate, there seems less reasons to want to play there as a lowroller. They also were bang on when it came to speedy withdrawals, I'm hoping that this is not a sign of things to come from this group :eek2:

Sorry to go against the grain but I have nothing but positive things to say about whitebet. They went above and beyond for me the other day to process a withdrawal in less than one hour.

Hope you get a satisfactory outcome.

Thanks, I got paid eventually after badgering the CS, now I have shut my accounts at Redbet/Whitebet/Heypoker. Ain't putting up with crap like this, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Keep closing em at this rate you'll be in the 'None Gambling section' :p :p

Then again with all your daily spam, I know you'll find a new 'Rhino to Rape'

Closed Guts too and Betspin after the Rizk episode when they didn't believe my Guts a/c was shut when I tried to log-in during a live chat and when it miraculously became open a minute later denied they had anything to do with it. I have asked Yits to investigate attempted log-ins if possible to prove it because I don't like being called a liar.

So yes, my list of sites is diminishing rapidly. FYI I have NEVER once even clicked a spam link for a casino let alone opened an account through one. I like a game like the rest of you, but if it's a case of taking BS or not playing, then I won't play. I don't take crap and won't spend money where I smell it.

I have plenty or work to do and scathing slot reviews to keep me busy.:)

Tongue in cheek post matey!

Ain't brown nosing but your possibly one of the most clued up players I 'interact' with so I know full well you won't take any Bovine Excrement or flim, flam nonsense, neither will I.

Never signed up thru spam folder links myself, most directly through casino site or a handful of CM links.

I have too many accounts if I am totally honest but stick to my own creation golden rule of 'I will never close an account' not something I want to stick to but also very wary, especially since this ongoing SE problem came about, (defo no light at the end of the tunnel atm on this one).

I tend to deposit at 4-5 casinos on a regular basis and thus have no need for more/new accounts.

My spam folder on both my yahoo and hotmail account is actually embarrassing and fills up 2-3 times a day from 80% casino spam and is also spilling over into my inbox.

I have a totally private and separate work based email addy and even that is attracting casino spam!

I could maybe even forgive the casino or the affy but 99.99% of the spam, I am already a member of the casino in question and have been for some time in most instances.

The Battles Continues .......

I haven't closed a single account yet but golly I wished I could recall half the places I signed up with when I first started. I really would love to have a comprehensive list of all the dumps I'm still registered at.

Probably goes some way to explain the wonderful viagra discounts that keep winging their way into my junk folder too :(

The list of places I play at is minimal now, simply because they've earned my trust....first sign of them attempting to piss about it'll be a swift 'ta-da' from me!

This just gave me the urge to do a quick 'Top of my head' reccy of how many casinos I am actually registered at.

Won't list em all but here is the summary.

Total (that I can recall, possibly more) = 52

Use/Deposit regular = 6

Deposit now and then = 18

Deposit once in a blue moon = 7

Have not deposited in 2+years and probably won't again = 21

Over half of the total accounts with the 'blue moon' and 'never again' which could be got rid of. Not SE anywhere so no excuses other than time and motivation.

Quite possibly answered my own spam problem now!

It's alright for some, eh!

I'm not sh*tting when I say I wish I could 're-boot' my personal details casino whoring ways.

Take Pamper for example.

I think I'm still registered there!!

in RED my numbers

My first registration was in 1998, got accounts at all CR, FL/Digimedia, 32RED (except the newest ones); lots of RTG's/Rivals/Playech/TopGame where i never ever deposited bar once at SlotoCash

Spam only comes from a few, mainly CR and Lucky247.

EDIT: It probably is a lot more spam than i know about as i used a Yahoo address in the early years. Haven't checked that one in months or even longer than a year. I am sure it is at something like 14Trillion spam messages :D

lol Harry

My figures doesn't include all the UK pullouts either, nor the multitude of RTG and Rival based casinos who used to love to give me all that free money just for registering.

Time for another quick embarrassing story.

I had a short phase where I really liked Rival games, mainly 'Spy Game' and this 3-Reel Gold Panning based slot. (Way before my CM days)

I made a deposit (sssshhh   ) at the infamous 'Vegas Days' casino to play and the transaction did not go through.

5 minutes later I have Halifax on the phone asking me all sorts of security and money laundering based questions, cleared it all up but took 20 minutes or so.

Still VD (how apt) pester now, got offered a whopping 600% earlier today with only 50x Play Through, With a budget 100x the one I have and a UK licence in place, no way, never again!
