Wager in Dwarfs Gone Wild and earn points: the points are calculated on each players biggest win divided by the stake for that win.

For example: A 500€/£ win with a stake of 5€/£ would total 100 points. 500/5 = 100

The points do not accumulate, it is the highest score per player that is counted.

1. The deposit bonus can be used in other games but as you state no points will be gathered towards the tournament.

2. I will reach out to the support department right away to make sure that everything is in order.
They were informed with the setup so it might just have been a simple misunderstanding.

We can confirm that the code is active and you get the bonus when using the code.
If there was any unfortunate events that code was not added or misspelled it needs to be added manually which unfortunately takes a little longer.

We deeply apologize the inconvenience and will make sure that it's added accordingly!

You can use the bonus in other games but the points will only be counted from wagers made in Dwarves Gone Wild.
DoA is still removed from usage when it comes to the bonus funds. You can still play DoA with the real funds and once you hit the bonus the game will not be allowed to play.

We've received successful triggers of the bonus already so it's unfortunate that it did not activate.
What also could have happened is that your account creation was not linked to Casinomeister when setup.

In that case you only need to contact support and link to this thread, I've spoken to them and told them to add the bonus if the players who doesn't get it automatically send a link from here.

I played for quite some time last night and after checking this morning I have found my wagering requirements progress is at zero wagered? Plus I can not find a leader board for this promotion?

I have not played at Redbet in a while i must admit but when i tried to log into my account yesterday it told me Ireland was no longer allowed as a country.
I then popped onto chat as i had never received any e-mail regarding this and i was told it was a technical error.

This has now became totally unexceptable. Last night I deposited £40 which failed to trigger the bonus. I left that £40 in and proceeded to deposit a second £40 which did trigger the bonus. I took the few free spins which where added and won something like £1.30.
After posting an hour ago while the rep appeared to be online and just a few minutes after the rep had posted I got no reply to my post.
Now,an hour on I have wagered another 1000 spins or so and not only is the wagering still at zero % but after I have spent £40 it has now started to eat into my initial £40 which has nothing to do with the bonus wagering.
