REDBET Casino Dead or Aliver

When I joined Bonnier Gaming wasn't the owners, and Andy was there.
For me there have been too many changes, but I guess that's life.

Maybe it's me that are getting old and want everything to be the same as before. Horrible thought:eek2:

I also think when something is good, don't "fix" it, but in this dynamic online Casino industry, that seems harder to do then not, especially with the people working in this business, who seem to do a lot of "job-hopping" :)

I was a wee bit worried when Redbet joined the Bonnier Gaming Group, and Andy left, but to be honest, i've been treated at least the same, in some cases even better!

So naturally i keep playing there, and happily i may add. But i respect your opinion of course, and luckily at this time, there are a good bunch of largely above average Casino's we can pick from:D
That's also good, cause that keeps them on their toes, and hopefully this will reflect in some improvement in the details..we'll see, 2016 is still has a long way to go.

Obviously this one slipped me by - I thought they were ALWAYS owned by Bonnier, just that this wasn't "public knowledge" until the end of 2014.
Reps change all the time (at some casinos), so I didn't realise that was significant either

You not alone in disliking change - I'm definitely with you there!
Seems people like to keep "upgrading" things just for the sake of it, and usually I find the new version of things WORSE than the old :(

Can we now play DOA with a bonus?

I can see that DOA is no longer mentioned as banned on their weekly bonus terms? I would like some clarification as DOA is one of my favourite games and was banned in the recent past. I don't want to play it and then find out my winnings are refused.

mmmm... this is really misleading stuff. I can see DOA is still banned in their general terms. Glad I double checked.

Adam promised to make the rules more clear and I thought he also would come back to tell us when that was done.

One thing was that every bonus promotion that was sent out would include the games that couldn't be played.
Obviously it was never done or he wasn't allowed to do it, I don't know.
I guess we have to hunt him again so he answers here....after the weekend;)

Hi Everyone,

Dead or Alive is now OK to play with bonus money as long as it's not a first deposit/welcome bonus and as long as the Max Bet of €5.00 per spin is not exceeded.
The terms related to this have been updated as of this morning.

Don't you think as the casino you have a duty to make it impossible for a player to play excluded games or make bets above 5euro , rather than expecting them to read the small print? How about a great big red box pops up when you try to load up DoA or bet too big that says "WARNING !! YOU ARE ABOUT TO PLAY A GAME /BET A STAKE THAT WILL FORFEIT ALL OF YOUR BONUS !!"

Players deposit at a casino to play games they enjoy , entertainment , relaxation etc They don't want to spend half the time worrying about whether they have read the T+C's correctly and if they missed anything. The games/bonuses are already designed for the player to lose longterm so it seems pretty disgusting to also put the onus on players to have to scrutinise the T+C to avoid the various pitfalls which might end up costing them ALL of their bonus+winnings . This in itself is ridiculous anyway to take away ALL of a player's winnings just because he played a game that might have like 1% higher rtp or potential for wins that you as a casino don't want to pay out on ! If you want to offer bonuses but only for some games then make a Bonus Games Tab and only allow players to play games in that tab whilst on a bonus. Basically , anything except letting a player play any game/any stake and then on the rare times they actually manage to beat WR , saying "ha you broke rule 17b) so you lose ALL your money , unlucky!"

......or simply take a leaf out of Next / Casino Luck's book and 'auto restrict' none allowed games.

The minute you open the restricted games on these sites and click spin, it will tell you that you have no funds available thus avoiding any breach :D

Mostly Netent which has these rules so sure its possible to implement quite easily!

Yes , and if you try to make a too large bet on Videoslots whilst on a bonus it will not allow the bet (I think it just closes the game down)

It really can't be too difficult to install safety measures to ensure a player can never breach the T&C of a bonus .... of course the casinos still seem to believe that they are doing you a favour by allowing you to withdraw your winnings , only after a thorough check has been made to see if there's any hint that you may have slipped up somewhere in which case they can instantly confiscate ALL monies lol

As far as I can work out, DOA is banned for the monthly reload, and ok for the weekly.

It's very confusing though, as Adam said it wasn't banned unless on your first deposit, and now it looks like things have changed again

Our bad! When we tweaked the T&Cs we forgot to update the Monthly Reload promotion page.

You can play DOA with the Monthly Reload too :)
