    I'm beginning to get pissed off with Redbet, you're an accredited casino and can't even get your bonuses that are on offer to credit.

    This has been happening for a while now and you just keep saying you are aware of the problem yet nothing gets fixed.

    Another 40 euros deposited, entered the code correctly for the weekend 50% bonus (checked beforehand) and lo and behold the bonus isn't credited.

    I'm starting to think you just don't want to credit the bonuses.

    Anyhow, I haven't contacted live chat, seeing as they aren't available and I'll only get 2 conflicting answers like last time, so I'll make another deposit but at Guts, somewhere I can rely on to actually work when I deposit funds.

    If you could add the bonus then drop me a msg or email whenever you see this I'd be grateful.

    And please sort your sh*t out, or this is my last deposit. Bordering on a joke this.

    Just to add, Redbet is not the only one where that is happening.

    Bet-it Group (Thrills, SL, Kaboo) - haven't had it credited automatically for the past 6 months every time i made a deposit with a code
    Betspin - the last 2 times i claimed a bonus
    :mad:
    etc etc..... this seems to be a systematic problem and nobody seems to care about it. :eek: :mad: :what:

    EDIT: Worst with this mess is that Live Chat is not available 24/7 at none of the above casinos, neither Redbet and if you play your deposit before contacting them they won't credit the bonus

    According to Adam this is something that only affects a few, and I believe the same goes for Thrills.

    Not to defend them, I hate to have the same problem, but maybe that's why it's more difficult to solve.
    You could say that maybe that's why solving it is not a priority. On the other hand we all know that they don't love seeing these threads with complaints :)

    Guys maybe it's about the tone with which you address the issue?
    I don't know, just guessing of course, but i can only say that i have had the same issue at Redbet a couple of times, and only once (around 5:00 deep in the night) was live chat offline..

    In one instance i played the depo, but had sent the support a message, and got my 50% credited the next day. The other times chat was online and they credited it right away, even threw in a few extra FS for various Netent slots..

    And i have been cashing out more then i'm depositing there too lately :p

    But more in General, i feel that if your nice and patient, things get done, if your "angry" or even worse, problems seem to intensify sometimes :p But again, i am just guessing, but both PNE and Harry sounded a wee bit pissed off, so maybe they gave support the same impression ^.^

    Sometimes human personnel will stretch their guidelines to find a solution, and go an extra mile in advantage of the player, in my experience they will sooner do this for people that are nice and respectful.

    I suspended my account at Redbet last week, because of this.

    If i make a deposit with a bonus code (it wasn't a huge deposit, but it was €100).
    I expect it to be either credited automatically as advertised, or added manually via live chat or from an email request. I don't deposit to sit around waiting for hours for an email response.

    If they know there's a technical fault, and there has been for a while, because the same thing happened to me last month, then they should have a CS agent available 24/7 until the fault is cleared

    When they did respond, all I got was...

    Which basically means to me - you've closed your account, so we have no need to apologise or give any explanation.
    So I very much doubt I'll remember to reopen it in 6 months time

    OK, here's what I did. I PM'd Adam, and he stuck a note on my account for CS to credit them after I deposit, even if I've started playing. Admittedly I haven't tried this yet as I did the same as the guy above, took a brief break. They aren't sure why this is happening, but my guess is that the people affected are also players at Whitebet, Heypoker or both and have had a bonus at one of those which means the system prevents you having more.

    I don't know if you guys have done that but by clicking in the bonus code field it should show you if the system will credit you the bonus. When there is a bonus for you it should look like on the picture. I have entered the current weekend bonus code and made the deposit. Bonus was credited.
    It saves you the hassle if the system doesn't recognize the code so you can cancel the deposit and go to live chat directly or go to another casino.

    This only works at Whitebet, it used to at Red but they changed the deposit structure, for some reason so it doestn work there

    This has been a problem at Redbet since 2014, i no longer play there. But i remember that bonuses always got credited correctly if you used skrill to deposit, but with card deposits it almost never worked. It's ridiculous to see that this still hasn't been fixed.
    With the bonus changes they made last year there isn't any point in taking bonuses there anyway, so i guess they are doing you a favor by not crediting the bonuses. :lolup:

    Apologies if my post seemed a little OTT, just sick of going though the same old rigmarole. If you know there's a problem, sort it, it's just good business sense!
