Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone else had played at Red Queen Casino, and share my experience of them. I signed up recently as I was becoming slightly bored of the usual names and now I play more mobile, rather than desktop. Most of the bigger names use software that only works if you have an iPhone (I have a mere Microsoft Windows phone). I Registered with Red Queen, received £10 NDB, followed by 1st, 2nd and 3rd Deposit Bonuses. I'm pretty sure they use NYX/NexGen Software; all the slots work on my phone and are fun to play. My favourites are Electric Sam and Gorilla Go Wild. I have also found their Withdrawal process just as fast as the bigger Brands with winnings credited back to my Card and the funds often available the very next day .

TBH, I was surprised to see that they're not on the Accredited List here as I reckon they deserve to be (just MHO), maybe it'll come. Anyway, I just wanted to give them a thumbs up and I'd certainly recommend giving them a go

Yes I heard of them, They have had a rep on here, Unsure if there been on recently, As far as I know they are a good casino,

Well, I signed up with them last night. £20 deposit (no bonus), played and won a bit and decided to test the water with a withdrawal of £50 around 1am to make sure there are no problems. At 8.47am I get an e-mail saying it has been processed - without KYC or me sending off any ID, which is nice! I presume ID may be required for larger amounts, but initially I am impressed with speed of withdrawal and general set up.

I took a look at the welcome bonus t & c's and not all slots are 100% contribution. Some games are 75% and others are 50% making it hard to keep track. I also find this distasteful term:

Where a Deposit Bonus has been granted to you, once all stipulated wagering requirements have been met, you will be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of 6 times your deposit amount and any remaining balance will be forfeited. This clause will only be applied at the discretion of Easigames management. Note: Progressive Jackpot wins are exempt from this clause.

This term might put off a lot of players. Seems to me that the welcome bonus is set up pretty much EV- so if you do get lucky and hit a big win and clear WR with restrictions to % of contributing games then having the winnings restricted to 6x deposit amount seems to me to be a waste of time. Note that this term is applied to the 150% welcome bonus.

Yeah absolutely terrible. No point playing there then.

Where a Deposit Bonus has been granted
So not just limited to the sign up, 99% sure this term was not there before, What sort of term is that? At the casino's discretion? There might as well be no terms if every thing is at a discretion

That is a vile term to be sure. I won't be playing there!

I've played there quite a bit, made 4 withdrawals so far of in excess of £600 in 1 go being the largest and havent had any issues, it is one the sites on my own site, and that term was reason for me to question listing them, as its definitely not the best term, their responce when i questioned the term was as follows,

2- The clause you have highlighted – this is a very valid point you have raised. Regardless of this, the rule was only implemented a few months ago. This was after the casino begun being targeted by online users deliberately trying to manipulate the casino – thus far it has only ever been invoked once & is something that is entirely up to the casinos discretion (case by case situation). Please note I cannot stress enough, that this clause is something that would never be brought into action against a genuine casino player who has shown an honest betting pattern and history.

and whilst i agree there shouldnt be the term as it puts off genuine players not looking to get cheated by a casino, in my experience so far they have been fine, and overall im up at the casino :)

As the OP of this thread, I thought it I should reply with my own experience. I'm in full agreement with Wild Reels comments; I still play regularly several times a week at Red Queen and have hit a couple of big wins, one with a bonus and one without and I've had no problems withdrawing my winnings at all. IMO, this must be a term introduced by the Casino to protect it from players' who maybe don't play fair and try to take advantage. We hear a lot on the forums about Online Casinos' "allegedly" not playing fair and it's worth noting also that all online Casinos' implement the same rules but perhaps just aren't as up front about it, or don't make them as clear, i.e if your play looks dodgy or irregular, you don't get paid! I'll certainly continue playing at Red Queen and loving their new games too. :)

I am sorry but that is just not true. Almost no casinos have this 6x deposit cap on winnings when playing with a bonus. Certainly NONE of the very reputable ones.

I don't care if they say that they wont enforce it. That is a horrid term and anywhere with it should be avoided. No reputable casino has it.

Edit : It's not about "irregular play" its about them wanting the god given ability to void any winnings over 6x deposit should they feel entitled to do it.

words and written terms...

they can say whatever they want. as long as this term is written in their t & c it is written in there and can be used against anyone anytime...

and no one knows - maybe my high risk gamesessions won´t find their goodwill.

welcomebonus of only 150% related to fake wr (since some slots are belos 100% contribution rate) perfectly fits to the vbefore mentionned term.

after all - they are not the top notches and have no offer that would make me get up from my couch to scan a utility bill or even type my data into a registration form.

:)

I have tried out a very, very large numvber of casinos - i am so highly satisfied with those i play at, now - why shouls i even waste a lo9ok at a new one without any outstanding reasons? ;-))) for example 100 € ndb wr 2x ,max cashout 1000€? ;-))) time is highly valuable.
