Baptism by Fire - success Red Queen Casino - enters the flames

Been a player and affiliate at Red Queen for 3+ years. Never had an issue and payments always fast without any hassle.

Bonus terms / excluded games could be tidied up a bit IMO.

It's good to see Red Queen up for accreditation. I only rarely deposited at a new casino over the past few years but this casino didn't disappoint me when I did. If I recall I won much more than I could have hoped for on my first two deposits which kind of put them to the back of the cue on my "where to deposit next" list. Which is kind of ironic I suppose.
Fast payouts as I recall and issue free. Maybe it's time for me to pay them another visit :)

After Chris sorted out my case of mistaken identity I had a whirl last night, unable to make a withdrawal to test time but:

- smooth games, no lag here,
- spins/cashback offered are wager free,
- Maybe I'm missing something from Nicola's post but AFAIK there are no excluded games for the bonus's offered, all contribute 100%

One downside is i don't think their support is 247 (though an agent was on last night post 5pm)

Wagering on the bonus isn't massively high but at first glance i thought the 3 deposit offers were 30,25 and 20 X when they were really double that (the first thing you see when you pull up their promo page is 20X but you need to go through the terms - shock/horror - to see it's D&B)

Is there an option for uploading documents? - I didn't withdraw so i didn't look but I couldn't see

Oh and just a wee thing - on the deposit promo page, below is spelled bellow, sorry....:p

Registered and played yesterday. No luck so far but everything worked as it should be.

Only problem, i had a problem to find a game to get rid of my last 8cent to clear the bonus. Without MG, Netent and PlayNGo i had trouble finding a game without fixed lines. :D After opening a lot of games i found "Medusa" :)

Hi Nicola

Thanks for sharing your experience. However as @pinnit2014 points out, we have recently tidied up our bonus terms terms and conditions. So now all games now contribute 100% towards our wagering requirement and removed all games that were excluded from the bonus in the T&C’s in the past. Though, this has come at the cost of some good titles being removed from the site:
  • Rainbow Riches Freespins
  • White Rabbit
  • Casinomeister (sorry @Casinomeister :eek2: )
  • Roasty McFry and the Flame Busters
  • Esqueleto Explosivo
  • Bruce Lee
  • Himalayas - Roof of the World
  • Wild Play Superbet
  • Serengeti Lions Stellar Jackpots
  • Starmania
  • Birds On A Wire

Just to name a few of the titles that we have removed. So interested to hear what you guys think in regards to this. Would you rather simpler bonus terms with everything contributing 100% and no games being excluded from the bonus terms or would it be preferable to have more content on a site, however face restrictions on certain games when playing with bonus funds. I am having this argument with a few of our Game providers at the moment, so would be great to get some player feedback.

Best solution in my opinion: Have all the games and when you have to exclude some of them for bonus play make them unplayable when a bonus is active. When you open them make a popup "Sorry, not playable with bonus money".

The easiest terms are always the best ones for me. Simply make it impossible for players to break the rules and everyones happy. :)

In an ideal world no restrictions on any games with funds - I take the chance with my deposit and so should the casino ;-)

I only play a handful of games with bonus cash: Bonanza/Immortal are the main two, so having less titles is unlikely to affect me - or even notice.

Bonus terms should be straightforward - wagering, slots contribution, max bet and restrictions. I hate trawling through terms to see if there are any vague terms to be aware of or seeing if my game is restricted.

Hence I prefer the first - 100 %, no restrictions even if at cost of loss to a few games - though I’ll caveat it by saying that if it meant losing Bonanza as one of those etc I wouldn’t play ;-)

Hi @pinnit2014

I am glad you had a good time on the site last night and please check your account today to see if you qualified for the Daily Donut Dunk promotion that we are currently running this week. As you mentioned all spins that we credit at Red Queen come with no wagering requirement attached to them :)

You are right we don’t have 24/7 customer support which is a big drawback to some customer I know. However, I do try my best to get to all support tickets in a fast manor. So if anyone has any complaints rest assured we do try our best to get to them as quickly as we can.

In Regards to the welcome bonus unfortunatly the way our systems currently works with deposit bonuses is D&B for the wagering Requirement. It is on our roadmap to change this to change this so that just the bonus that requires wagering however we have no time frame for this update

Currently should we require ID customers need to email in their documents to support@redqueencasino.com :)

the spelling was probably my mistake I will make sure to get that changed sorry :eek2:

Have all slots contribute 100% with reasonable wagering requirements, 30-40x max.

There was a time this was a thing, and casinos managed just fine....would be great to see a casino take the lead and get back to basics, as opposed to the current trend of outdoing one another in convoluted T&Cs, ever- growing game restrictions and pitfalls for the player!

'Advantage players'/ bonus abusers ruin it for genuine lowrollers, yet we're punished along with them. Even mere low- budget players look to beat bonuses but one glance at these terms makes me not want to ever bother :D

If that cowed, then don't offer bonuses, the way I see it

I believe you did ask

months ago I was somehow able to register and play there.

The first feeling was excellent, all games were running without lag, promotions were ok, service was good.

Then probably they realized I was from a restricted Country, and I was no longer welcome.

Nevertheless, I had a very positive feeling and I think this is a good and safe casino.

A feel a bit of envy for you that can play there.

You've delisted a few popular slots there. I think players would prefer simple exclusions for slots that have cumulative features such as White Rabbit with the coin drops and Tomb Raider 2 etc. but can then play them for cash rather than not at all. For the others with high RTP's you could simply reduce contribution. Aside from Casinomeister none of those deserve to be removed :p  and if you want to do something revolutionary simply remove St*rb*rst altogether...:D

You've removed Casinomeister?

 sorry

Should be written as a fail straight away

I have really shot myself in the foot here  lol

In the long run we will bring the games back and players wont be able to play with them with their bonuses however I am not personally a fan of reducing the contribution of a game towards wagering.

Hi Chris

Read the memo from Bryan and quickly skimmed this thread.

A casino that certainly attracts me from what I see / read.

Think I will hold off however (gotta love that welcome package as a small budget low roller :p) until Microgaming and Netent content are available as these host some of my fave games.

Any idea if / when you will be dding these providers please?

So, Red Queen Casino is ready - and I think they should be able to fare well with the Baptism by Fire. Some of you may already be members there - some of you not. Regardless - we need your feedback - especially with payout times. I tried, but failed :p

Owned by Easi Gaming - they only take players from the UK, Germany, and Sweden. They have a massive selection of slot games, and seem to be pretty squared away. We have seen very few complaints about them over the past few years - they've been in operation since 2014.

Their casino rep is here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/chrisreid_rqc.40202/

Hey all,

I've been playing at Red Queen Casino for a couple of months now, so allow me to share my experiences.

DOCUMENTS: When signing up to any new online casino, I always like to provide my documents from the off. I contacted them via email to ask how they would like me to send them. They replied within a few hours asking to attach the required documentation to the reply email. I was confirmed and good to go within an hour. Fantastic!

DEPOSITS: I only deposit using my debit card. They are instant and free.

GAMEPLAY: I have never had an issue with any of the games on the site. No lag, no crashing, and no freezing. Everything runs smooth.

GAMES: Everything you'd want. All the very latest games, even some oldies to keep everyone happy.

WITHDRAWALS: To date, I have been pretty lucky at Red Queen. In the 2 months since signing up, I have been lucky enough to win & withdraw many times.
Withdrawals to debit card are lightning fast. Every single one of my withdrawals have taken less than 24 hours to reach my bank account (week days), which is impressive. There is a 3k maximum per day withdrawal limit, but as stated in the review on Casinomeister, that may be negotiable for loyal players.

BONUSES: Red Queen frequently offer me wager free spins, and usually on my favourite games. They have a superb loyalty scheme which offers many rewards.
You can also earn loyalty points which vary depending on your status.

SUPPORT: Whenever I've had a query and when live chat is available, the guys are fast to respond. They are very friendly, helpful, and eager to help which is unfortunately still rare at many casinos. Trada Casino is the only other place I have been treated like a king. This of course is how it should be, but many lag way behind in that department. But hey, I'm a pretty nice guy, so who wouldn't want to talk to me....right? :p
Emails are answered same day if sent within normal working hours, and the very next morning if sent late. Live chat is available from 9am to 5pm, which is fine.....things can always wait until the morning.

I am very happy to have found Red Queen Casino. They are a friendly bunch who will go above & beyond to ensure you are a happy bunny. I must also mention the stance they take on responsible gambling. A couple of weeks ago I took a day of work. The weather was miserable, so thought I'd spend the day playing my favourite games at my favourite casino. The reps noticed I was depositing more frequent than usual, so stepped in to make sure everything was alright. I assured them all was fine. What I really like about it, is the fact that they instantly pick up on this, which could be a lifesaver for problem gamblers. They use their due diligence. These guys are on the ball. I don't have a problem with gambling, but if I did or was what is known as a 'chaser', I would know I am being looked after and 100% safe playing. I really do not know any casino that would do this. Usually they are more than happy to take all you got.

I recommend Red Queen Casino and hope they pass the "flawless baptism of fire" because they deserve it.

This casino used to have a max bonus conversion rate of 4x or 6x bonus, which really discouraged me from joining. I cannot find such a restriction in the terms now which is great news and I'll definitely try them out.

For what it's worth, I just wanted to put in a good word for Red Queen and Chris. We've been working with Red Queen for close to 3 years now. In that time we have only received a single complaint which was non-genuine in nature. Chris has always been very responsive to any feedback we gave. I personally think very highly of this operator.

For affiliates, it's worth noting that over the course of 2017 we saw better than average conversion with EasiGame Affiliates and a slightly above average player value. So players deliver around our average value but we get more of them with this program. As such they received our 'Top Value Partner 2017' award.

Hi Jono777

i am sorry to hear that you wont be playing at our casino just yet. However if you ever fancy trying a different slot selection please keep us in mind :) In regards to additional providers without giving too much information away, work is currently ongoing, i am told that we should have some big name providers live on the site in the next couple of months all going well, I will make sure to make the announcement on here when we go live :)

Hi Rossco and the Pogg

I just wanted to thank you both for your feedback it is highly appreciated :) Rossco I am glad you have enjoyed your time playing on our site and i hope we can continue to live up to your high standards :)

The Pogg its been a pleasure working with you as an affiliate partner and I look forward to catching up with you soon :)

I joined Red Queen a while ago, although I haven't deposited for a while.
So I thought I'd give them a go today.

The problem I had though, was the only option listed for me on the deposit page, was Neteller. No option for Visa or anything else.
I attempted to make a Neteller deposit three times. Each time it was declined.
So unfortunately, I deposited elsewhere, and my Neteller deposit was accepted without a problem.

Otherwise, as others have pointed out, I always found it to be a very stable platform, and their free spin offers (often no-deposit) have always been pretty generous.
No silly 10 spins on Starburst with 100x wagering.
I've had free spins on the likes of Bonanza and White Rabbit, wager-free, and not always at minimum stake.

So good luck with the BBF

Hi Brianmon

I have managed to locate your account and i have removed the Neteller account that was registered on there. So you should be able to now register a visa card or a new neteller account without an issue, :)

Thank you. That sorted it.
But it's very unusual and a bit restrictive, that it seems like you can only register and use ONE deposit method
