So, Red Queen Casino is ready - and I think they should be able to fare well with the Baptism by Fire. Some of you may already be members there - some of you not. Regardless - we need your feedback - especially with payout times. I tried, but failed :p

Owned by Easi Gaming - they only take players from the UK, Germany, and Sweden. They have a massive selection of slot games, and seem to be pretty squared away. We have seen very few complaints about them over the past few years - they've been in operation since 2014.

Their casino rep is here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/chrisreid_rqc.40202/

Hi Chris! Welcome!

For those reading I have met Chris a few times and you'll find very few more honest and ethical customer-focussed casino reps than him! OK, he did buy me a beer or two in Amsterdam but seriously, a decent casino and people behind it and I would envisage very few issues if any here.

I've never had any negative feedback from my players, ever. Should be a breeze to accreditation methinks.

Bribed I see?

is the double ss your safe word? :p

Nah jokes aside, best of luck to you Chris / Casino :) I'm from Malta so I'll have to give this one a pass!

Good luck and may everything go smoothly.

  • The spelling
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
is much more common in the US but also more common in the UK and Australia.
  • It violates the UK spelling rule that calls for a double consonant whenever a short vowel sound precedes a suffix beginning with a vowel, perhaps to avoid looking like
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
    .
  • In UK English, such a consonant must traditionally be doubled even when the short preceding vowel sound is not stressed, e.g. travelled, where US spelling traditionally accepts only traveled (but travelled is sometimes seen in the US and especially programmed is very common). Such consonants are traditionally doubled according to US English spelling rules only when stressed, e.g. called, referred.
  • So the spelling focussed is the traditional UK spelling and focused (and focusing) is an exception but so common that the online Cambridge and Oxford dictionaries list it first. The usually non-prescriptive Longman dictionary surprisingly gives only the traditional UK spelling and claims that focused is only US English.
  • The traditional UK spelling focussed is nowadays more common in Canada and New Zealand than in the UK.

So how come you don't have NetEnt or Play N Go? Will you get them in the future?
If you allow Sweden then I assume you have applied for a license here for next year?
No Sek is fine for me since I use Usd but nothing in Swedish? Let me know if you need a translator :D

I guess you didn't pick up on when I said "Well spoted" in another thread either in regards to errors :D

But everyone knows American English is a bit funky. Still can't get over how they spell 'canceled' instead of 'cancelled'

Mystery

Well it's a club that I'm not allowed to become a member in, so they pass the Groucho Marx test.

But... that's a Marx.. They've always believed separate classes exist..

`What's your beef with Canadians eh?
Is the Beer too strong?
Secretly a Maple tree hater?
Plaid and Igloos scare you to the very depths of your soul??

EH??

Iam a bit confused. They only have a UKGC license but germans and swedes are allowed as well? Do we play under the rules of the UKGC then? Is that even allowed? Do we need to prepared to get that SOW checks?

And i cant find anything about this on the site. Only countries restricted in the terms are Nigeria and USA.

Hi Tirilej
It is a pleasure to e-meet you, and thanks for getting involved in the process with us.

You are correct, we don't have Netent or PlayNGo at the moment. When we built the platform, we assessed providers that could offer multiple game studios. What was more we have a good relationship with NYX spanning back many years through our sister company (1X2 Network that created Iron Dog Studio and 1X2gaming, also hence the virtual sports games we have).
This meant when we started, NYX were our first choice for content suppliers as they had a diverse range of providers we could get in one integration and we knew them closely.
We do have new providers on the road-map, so you should in the next month or so see some more big name suppliers for Red Queen as we go through this Baptism by Fire process which will hopefully be pretty cool for everyone to see. Hopefully we can get Netent and PlayNGo added in the future.
We are assessing the viability of applying for a Swedish licence, and we are getting everything prepared as necessary.

The answer in my wiki quote above.

Hi Bowki

Yes they would be playing under the rules of our licence with the UKGC, so if you are going to deposit large amounts then SOW checks would be required

Having looked personally, I understand your point that that the information on redistricted territories on the site is probably not the best. Please rest assured that this is because we have taken the stance to IP block a lot of countries, and hence it has been missed. I will take your suggestion on board and look to arrange for it to be updated accordingly at the next available opportunity. :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi there. We have not always actively restricted Canadian players and hence you may have signed up with us before, however everyone in Canada should now see the restriction message. This is the reason why we have CAD listed as a currency, but as you can imagine it is not really active. We have kept it as an option, should we ever get appropriate licence to be able to trade there in future.

Signed up with you guys a bit ago but was never able to deposit as my deposit method ‘failed’ some score you run (fraud check). Bit odd as it’s used in about 15 other casinos :what:Tried another debit card and same thing so I gave up - what was more annoying was that the money was ‘taken’ (by taken I mean my available balance went down) so I had to wait 3 days for it to bounce back.

Hi @pinnit2014 I am sorry that you faced an error on our site. If you could email me your username; name and address to chris@redqueencasino.com i can investigate to see what the error was in your account and make sure that it is fixed going forward :)

So does that mean that there is no need for us to try and talk to you through pm's because you will ask us to send emails instead? and also if that is the case then I would be happy to know why.
It's up for discussion right now so it would be interesting to know :)

Thanks and really good to know:thumbsup:
Some casinos says that GDPR prevents them from helping us in here so I was a bit scared you had the same reason there.
