Red Flush.

Still nothing, guess I'm a bit ancy since I haven't had a cashout this large before. Anyone else receive any of their withdrawals from redflush yet?

RedFlush Cash-in

Hi,

Rithen here from the casino.

The - thank you for your posting. As discussed, we are unable to complete any withdrawals over weekends due to our banking processor not being able to process the funds. We do endeavour to pay all withdrawals in the fastest time possible so that you always enjoy your gaming with us. Your withdrawal was made on the 16 December 2011 ( Friday evening GMT) and your withdrawal was promptly paid on 19 December 2011 (Monday) thus there was no delay in the processing of your funds in any way.

shifty72 - Please could you contact the Service Excellence Team if your withdrawal has not already been paid. They will assist in making sure that we process your winnings to you in the fastest time possible. I am sure that this winning has been sent to you already as the only delay we had experienced, was due to the festive seasons bank holidays when our Banking processor was unable to process funds to players. The bank holidays are now past us and all processing is back to its high speed normality.

If you have any further queries or suggestion, please do not hesitate to contact RedFlush's Service Excellence Team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days year - always available for you.

I am getting nervous about Red Flush. I have a withdrawal of$300+ pending, It is my first withdrawal from them. They requested docs four days ago and I sent them the docs within the hour. After three days I heard nothing so I sent them a email asking where my withdrawal was. They replied that the have not verified by phone my account. So I replied ring now. No response. I sent them another email which has been bounced back. I also pm the rep here but no response. I know it is only a short period of time but I have funny feeling.............

They are not in the same league as 32red etc but they are an OK casino. Personally they have processed every single one of my cashouts fine and I have never read about them denying winnings to anyone unfairly so I would not worry about your money. Their customer service in your issue is poor tho. It will get resolved I am sure mate, dont sweat.

Get spammed by them daily (must have deposited there once a long time ago...can't remember when as I'm a Club Rouge member at 32 Red now, and only play there these days).

Anyway, I stupidly caved on this offer and decided to make a deposit. Logged in and deposited 20 (the minimum) like I was told to do in the email. Go to Dr Watts to play my 30 free spins, and they are not there. Talk to live support and am told that "I needed to claim the offer in the lobby before I deposited to be eligible for the free spins".

Back to 32RED I go.....and stay. What an absolute joke of a casino.

Hello Jason,

Yes the English may have won this time around but, this November, they will be on Aussie soil and then there is every chance of a little payback.

Today you may be feeling a little let down, a little grumpy – so we are giving you 30 SPINS on our magnificent feature slots game, Dr. Watts Up, to help you out.

Simply log in to Red Flush Casino before 10:00 AEST on Wednesday, make a deposit of 5 AUD and we’ll give you thirty extra spins to enjoy in the company of Dr. Watts.

Perhaps the good Doctor can help take away some of those Ashes Aches?

Log in here to play.

*This offer is valid until 09:59 AEST on Wednesday, 14 August.

Best wishes

^ TBH, I'm not sure it's worth the effort over 20 bucks and a few free spins. I have no intention of ever depositing there again, so I'm not really interested in chasing this up. It would have been a different story if it had happened at 32RED, but from my experience, they would have made something like this right immediately.

I just hate being lied to/tricked into depositing, and needed to vent. Thanks guys...

I'm not sure what processor they use, but a withdrawal "processed" on the fifth still hasn't hit my wife's Visa card.
That's 9 days, and still nothing.
Just not good enough, when you can get paid in minutes or hours, from other casinos, imho.

If the casino deems that the autoplay feature has been used for the purpose of meeting bonus account wagering requirements, Red Flush reserves the right to void winnings.

Now that's something I wouldn't expect in accredited casino's T&Cs

I've never heard such bollocks! Please RF, please tell me how autoplay changes the results of the spins on RANDOM slots in the player's favour?
How on earth can it make a difference to random outcomes? It just demonstrates that some casinos don't even know the product they are selling. What next? "Players thought to have been drinking coffee while playing will have their wagering requirement increased by double" or "If we suspect you have been hitting the start button too hard we reserve the right to void any resulting wins."

FFS

I flagged this up last year as being totally preposterous and a nonsense for an accredited casino's T&Cs, I believe the best defence that was mustered in Red Flush's favour was that it was such a ridiculous term they would never try to enforce it.

So that's alright then......

If it's good enough for regular play but not good enough to grind WR then it's a "Spirit of the bonus" term.

I'll try and find the thread from last year, I seem to recall I didn't get anywhere with my arguments against such a BS term.

If the casino deems that the autoplay feature has been used for the 5. Wagers made on table games do not apply for the purposes of this offer. Click here for full list with included games. , Red Flush reserves the right to void winnings.

Wow... insane. I got snail mail promo cd from then just few days ago, but after seeing this term I'm going to discard it ASAP. And yes I agree they need to be re-evaluated. Either remove autoplay or remove the term. Voiding winnings because someone was using autoplay feature (which is something most of us use from time to time) is just absurd. I don't really see any justification for a term like that.

Only shitty casinos use spirit of the bonus or w/e it's called. And their accreditation should be reviewed imo.

Sorry

Good day jimbler: Sorry to hear you did not enjoy the Free Spins promotion on Dr. Watts.

The reason we ask players to “opt in” to all promotions offered on Red Flush Casino is purely because many players prefer the option to choose whether or not they want a bonus (as there are always Ts and Cs attached).

If we automate the process it would mean that every individual (in a group) would get a bonus whether they want it or not, and would therefore have to adhere to the terms and conditions. To avoid this situation we ask players to opt into each promotion via the promotions page.

What we definitely can (and will) do better is to clearly state in the instructions copy that players need to Log in, opt into the promotion via the promotions page, go to banking” etc. to claim their bonus/promotion.

We will most certainly do that – thank you for highlighting a failing on our part in this regard.

Will you planning to remove "no autoplay" rule from your T&C anytime soon ?

I was just about to deposit $200 here until I read the terms and it said I cant play on autofeature. Also, lots of comments in this thread and lack of the rep reassuring people is a no go.

I do not think this casino should be accredited.

The rep is always helpful in my experience, and I have used autoplay on bonuses there and been paid OK. The term is there to prevent professional bonus hunters simply taking SUBs and leaving a low-variance slot on autoplay for the duration of the whole WR and seeing if they can cash it out when WR is done. I use their bonuses and use autoplay, but only when say, I want to make a drink or leave the computer for any reason for a short time. They don't seem to have an issue with this. They only have 24-hour reverse time and always pay in my experience.
