Accredited casino here at Casinomeister. The Accredited Casinos list is

So, as an Accred casino they are required to help out our members ASAP.
First step is to contact the casino representative. In general see our I-Gaming Forum Reps page (
here) but your rep for Red Flush is
here.
What you want to do is send them a Private Message (aka 'PM') and let them know your situation. Once you are on their profile page (as above but here it is again:
here) you click on the 'Contact Info' tab, then click on 'Send a private message ...'.
If they are unable to help you -- or you don't like the help you are getting -- then you need to look into our Pitch-A-Bitch process. That's our formal complaint system and, again, the Accred casinos are expected to deal with your issue ASAP. The place to start with a Pitch-A-Bitch (aka 'PAB') is the PAB FAQ (
here). The service is free and there are no strings attached.
That said, please take the time to read through the
entire PAB FAQ before you submit your PAB because there is a lot you need to know about what to expect, what is expected of you (the PABer), etc.
