I did deposit 2500USD and took 500 bonus.
And, unfortunately, I lost.
Because I played 15000USD(500 bonus x30) in a slot,
An amount of money was -1000USD, but was going to withdraw it.
The bonus should become zero,
It stayed more than 100.
My calculation does not include the mistake.
Therefore I referred to support.
Then they said.
The bonus is 50 times.
You can say 1,000 times if you can change magnification later.
I would not take bonus of 50 times.
I said an unfair act.
This is fraud.
They doed not write 50 times in their site.
Therefore I required repayment for the total amount that performed deposit.
However, 50 times is a well-known fact, and they say that they are natural.
Their act was unjust, and I insisted that I was unfair.
However, they refused payment without receiving my fair truth.
In this situation I thought that I was not settled, and I pursued help in ecogra.
However, an answer is slow, and ecogra is a group of the casino side.
ecogra agreed to the claim of the red flash , too and tormented me.
Why do them recognize 50 times listing nowhere?
I was not able to understand me.
Therefore I attached the bonus offer email from a casino.
Then the red flash sent the email that They forged to ecogra.
They noticed the mistake of the email and said that They sent a correction email to me immediately.

However, will you understand a difference in comparison with an email sent to me immediately?
In addition, They should make a difference plain if They correct it.
Furthermore, because I e-mail a bonus demand when I did deposit,
When they reply, They write a change condition, and they should be able to e-mail it.
They do not do an act to notify me of.
This from the back,
To their circumstances, it is evidence forging.
They do an unfair act and are a casino deceiving a player.
I have nothing further.
Therefore please be careful not to encounter a similar fraud.
They are fraud groups.
I digest the bonus that was increased while crying from now on.

It depends on what the bonus terms say on the site.

The initial email doesn't say 30x either, so in fact NO WR is given.

30x is what is standard for the vast majority of MGS casinos, but 50x seems to be used at a few.

This is pretty poor for a 20% and 15% bonus though, and there are far better places to play that offer higher percentages AND the more usual 30x WR.

Even Casino Rewards is better than this, as although the percentages are similar, the WR is only 30x, and the bonus is credited as reward points, so the WR can be met in a different casino to the deposit - which has obvious advantages;)

The downside is that Casino Rewards tend to lock the points account, so if you just deposit and immediately withdraw just to trigger the bonus to play risk free in a different skin, you may find it locked in the rewards account.

A red flash casino is a fraud casino.
Well Red Flash casino might be a fraud, but Red Flush definitely is not! :p

I have checked all the T&Cs on the Red Flush website, and there is no mention of B x 50 anywhere.

Red Flush is Accredited, so you could Pitch-A-Bitch;
First please send the casino representative a Private Message about your problem.
Reps are listed here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/?key=staff_members

After giving them a reasonable amount of time, if they do not put things right to your satisfaction, you can Pitch-A-Bitch.
This is CasinoMeister's FREE service to help players with problems at non-rogue casinos.

Be sure to read ALL the terms for submitting a PAB, including the Frequently Asked Questions here: PAB FAQs

Oh... and welcome to the forum!

My experiece with Red Flush is pretty bad also.
Non-English speaking support (what's new?)

I asked them about the terms of their bonus and to put a long story short, they wern't able to communicate it to me.
So, I never made a deposit at this casino.

Once they were advertising a "free" slots tourney here at CM. I checked it out and it was one of those types where the winners of the "free" tourney were given bonus credits on their next deposit that they had to play through x amount of times.
It was either a negative or negligible bonus. So their "free" tournament wasn't free at all.

I know they are accredited here but I've never thought much of Red Flush.

Turn right, then right. then right again
The default bonus terms on the website I.e. "bonus account terms" are 30xB. It also mentions 30x in other places but never 50x.

The player definitely has a case, and even more so if they deposited BEFORE the correction email was sent.

I can't believe that Red Flush are being so unyielding about this, as it was THEIR mistake to begin with. The original offer should be honoured for those who did not see the second email before depositing.

IMO, if the casino cannot see how it is their error that created this situation, and rectify it accordingly, their accreditation should be revoked.

@sunsky

You will get nowhere calling the casino "fraud".

If you continue to be aggressive and throw accusations around, the casino may refuse to deal with you, and I wouldn't blame them.

If I recall correctly the tourney winnings were paid in real cash with no wrs attached. There was supposed to be another tourney several months ago but Wayne said it was cancelled due to insufficient players. Strangely, they didnt set up another one subsequently.

Thank you for comment to me.
I was very glad.
I knew PAB.
However, I did not think that it was settled in PAB not to be settled in support and ecogra.
I rang expensive bet of BJ repeatedly and there was few it and was able to withdraw the damage somehow after all.

My wanting to say the red flash group,
It is rogue casino changing the agreement on account of oneself later.
ecogra is an engine of the casino side and is the engine which is useless for a player.
It is the casino which is not recommended to a person and deceives a person, and a red flash group is a crime group performing fraud.
Please be careful, everyone.

maybe a buried term

I am not sure for this particular casino- but there are a number of microgaming and RTG casinos that do require 50 times wagering although the terms is buried deep in a non obvious spot not the specific promotion terms . In the RTG casinos the 50 (and in some cases 100) times requirement applies based on you being from a specific country. For the microgaming it is expressed as up to 50 times (which is a bit poor as it leaves it open to discretion by the casino) - I know one of the majors says up to 50 times but they always apply 30 times to my account.

I stopped playing at redflush some time ago due to trickily worded email promotion offers - given interpretaton of convoluted legislation is 80% of my job - if I find it tricky then heaven help anyone who's first language isn't english. I went into the website and there is nothing in either the specific bonus T and C's , general promotion T and c's or the casino's general T and C re 50times playthrough requirement however they all say " a minimum of 30 times" rather than just stating "30 times" which may be interpreted pretty freely!

For the unwary I would also note there terms (in general t and c's give them the option to void or confiscate winnings if you are seen to make a pattern of low risk play AND/OR if they beive you have used autoplay to fullfill the wagering requirements .- I doubt this is applied often or they would have no players (most of us use autoplay) but it certainly covers all bases if they want a reason to withhold winnings.

I think you will find that most MGS that incorporate a x50 w/r are those that give free spins as a SUB, these include Lucky Nugget, Gaming Club, Riverbelle, King Neptune`s and Jackpot City, the only MGS to offer a lower w/r and coincidently has the lowest w/r for any bonuses is GoWild set at x29 w/r.
