Resolved Really slow Withdrawal at 32 Red

Once, 32 Red was one of the few casinos I really trusted, but today there are at least 10 casinos I know from experience will pay out even large sums within a few hours. So they are not unique in that way any more if you ask me.

32 Red was once the pinnacle among online casinos and was without a doubt the best casino of it's day. Today the competition have far surpassed them, imo. It is easy to understand why 32Red have made the choices they have in regards of longer and longer waiting times for payments. They are a publicly traded company, with investors demanding higher revenues every year. Longer waiting times for withdrawals means more people will play back winnings into the casino, giving them higher revenues.

But in my opinion this is like pissing in your pants to keep warm at winter, it helps, but only for a short while. 32Red should have gone full VideoSlots, with a broad selection of games and lightning fast payments. If that was the case, I would still play there.

Don't get me wrong, I don't have a beef in any way with 32Red, I just think it is sad to see the direction in which they are going. They could be so much better than what they are, in my opinion.

Great post and well put. I have the odd snipe when it's relevant but I don't despise them or anything, they're still honest etc. but have taken a corporate business decision to go down the road of maximising reversals. Short-termism indeed as you say. Their strategy is owning more of the same to increase player base and have decided that's preferable to acquiring them through reputation as before. Their decision.

They have plummeted alarmingly on here (though as business they couldn't give a flying one about that!) from the top to IIRC even outside the top 40 scoring casinos now?

Quite appropriate they sponsor Leeds, themselves once Champions and now languishing 30-40 places from the top of the Premier League. :D

They sell Viper, the whole Viper and nothing but the Viper which is anachronistic today so if you're correct (I think you'd have to be as I've said it before now) and they make a multi-platform acquisition or generic casino of their own then a good move.

Even then, they'd still be underselling it if they continue this cussed and spiteful slow-withdrawal strategy when their multiplatform competitors make every effort to process fast 24/7.
 
Many casinos pay out fairly quick but lack the customer service aspect that 32Red have spent years building up.

You can trust them to resolve player and technical issues well, and have transparent T&Cs that don't bamboozle you into oblivion.

Pending weekends aside I can wholeheartedly trust them with my funds, something that can't be levelled at many other establishments.

Sounds just like video slots , Rizk Royal Panda and a few more just with the added difference these other casinos have no pending period to "trap" a player into the "reverse honey pot"
they also all have excellent "easy to find" customer support and RG tools which surpass the casino in question :cool:
 
Sky Vegas are the quickest there is. Like Jon said 'chalk and cheese'! You're comparing a site which wilfully delays withdrawals to one which pays instantly. I only play at Sky Vegas now unless testing a new casino for my site, and for that very reason. NO piss-balling about, regular cash prizes and low WR bonuses plus most of my favourite games. No need to TAB at Sky Vegas - by the time you worked out where the instant self-set TAB button is they've have paid you :thumbsup:

I voted with my wallet - you take my deposits instantly, you pay me instantly or with no pending. If you don't, you won't get the steam off my piss. :)

Agree on Sky Vegas its been for me a zero issue casino. No pending just hit withdraw and wait anywhere from a minutes to a few hours and it clicks over into your wallet / card or what ever.
Plus the TAB tools they have are "second to none" .... they are beaten only by Video slots in withdraw times for the most part VS being for me almost instant or within minutes.

But when your speaking a few short hours it dont matter and thats offset by the fact you cant reverse at Sky anyway. Why settle for anything less ... I know I wont and thats why certain casinos
have seen little or nothing from me this year :cool:

I was trying to refrain from turning it into a 32Red bashfest because we've pretty much had enough of those to last a lifetime.

Just wanted to highlight what they still do well, namely good customer service. Yet I agree that many improvements need to be made and they ought to roll back on a few recent unpopular changes.

They are not most people's 'go-to' place anymore and have been usurped by far better all-round casinos that have basically stolen what was once 32 Red's guiding principle and what is paramount in today's market, namely bullet fast payout times :cool:

Still, if in their cloud-cuckoo land they think yesterday's laurels are an acceptable substitute today for 24/7 cash-outs, flushing, weekend w/d's, no pending and proper self-set instant RG tools then good luck to them. See how Leeds Utd. compare to Chelsea. :cool:

It is true in that good customer service encompasses many things, not just being really friendly on chat for example, and should be so good that it's not even apparent :thumbsup:

All the houses are now decorated and got the trees up.

Everyones rushing about spending heaps of money.
