Really need help with Videoslots

Hello Everyone,

I have been trying to withdraw money for nearly 2 months now, I have sent bank statements, payslips, PayPal statements, Coinbase statements, and I have not heard anything from them. every time they keep declining my withdrawal. I have proof of unprofessional behaviour. sent several emails, not a single reply, on live chat keep being told to wait for weeks. should file a court case?

also contacted @Team.Videoslots but not heard anything for a few days now.

I won't hijack your thread, but I am having a very similar experience, spoken to their Rep here and still not resolved. Someone was prioritising it 4 days ago and replied to a couple of emails within minutes, and now I havn't had a reply for nearly 4 days even though I ask for an update several times a day. Live chat is useless. Just sent another email to that address their rep always posts here. Told them if it is not sorted by today I am opening a PAB. I mean it is a really pathetic experience, lack of communication or updates is unacceptable.

Anyways, sorry about that, just wanted to let you know you are not alone. I hope you get a response soon and Videoslots please sort yourselves out!

this is so annoying I have just opened a PAB, its so annoying I am sick of them telling me to wait for a reply, and its so unprofessional how this company is running.

they need to verify source of wealth but I have send everything and I ask them how long it will take and they said they can't tell me.

I too have now opened a PAB against them. I have no problem with them doing their checks, but their terms states that a SOW/SOF check should not take longer than 2 days. My biggest concern/annoyance is the fact they can't tell you/me when it will be done. Does that mean they can do this check for a year without processing the withdrawal?

If you’ve opened a PAB you can’t be talking about the casino or posting about your problem with them on the forum.

I demanded they give me back all the money I deposited since they flagged me for SOW.

they finally got tired of me complaining on their thread and gave me my money. I have not played there ever since.

they finally got tired of me complaining on their thread and gave me my money. I have not played there ever since.
they asked me to provide source of income randomly when I was withdrawing after my 20th withdrawal. arrow they not allowed to do that?

Funny thing about vs , these days #1 the most bizarre bs, is they send you how did we do email when they haven't even replied to your problem, lmfao 🤣. And 2 days ago go in my prize section, 6 blue wheels, and 1 red wheel, like wtf I guess they are seriously behind. Lmfao 😂. I don't pay attention to that anymore, has it takes to much effort to complain. No idea what going on at vs, but as a Canadian no problem to withdraw, 24hrs or less in my bank account.

I for one have said how ill never play at VS again many times but I do find myself going back to them here and there. But seeing all these complaints lately on VS on top of all the crap they have done to rtp and loyalty maybe it's a sign we should pull out completely before the ship goes down as they don't have their shit together. This casino has made no improvement at all to address the complaints or even to try to prove their customer experience. Maybe a lot of players stick to them because of the level of achievements they have achieved, my self I'm at level 371.

Very little of that level has been from the last few years but is the next level of the wheel worth the play. I have invested so much I guess I feel I'm owed that keeps me coming back now and then and I always remember the good days with Dan, the Loyalty appreciation and gifts and how their customer service was a 10 plus. They do not show any effort or seem to care to get back to that level of service.
