Real Vegas On Line Casino

Dormant account
I tried to cash out $440 that I won at this casino. It did not appear in my neteller account after a week, and I contacted customer support. I was told that if it was not in my neteller account Wednesday or Thursday, the 17th or 18th of May 2006, I was to call back. Again, it did not appear, and I called Customer Service as instructed. I was told that my money had been withdrawn by management due to some "failure to abide by rules and regulations". The customer support attendant was very rude. I feel I have been cheated by this casino. Furthermore, I cannot find their name on any ratings lists, good or bad, and they are not listed in the RTG complaint form, so that I am unable to even file a complaint there. In fact, I am wondering where I found them! This is all very new to me, and I cannot imagine my downloading a casino without a recommendation from some website. Does anybody know anything about these folks? Needless to say, I will not play there again, but I would like to file a formal complaint.

It's a casino that's part of Oliver Curran's casino group (Doleplex). Their reputation is quite questionable, imho...
They changed their names from Vegas Frontier to Real Vegas Online a while ago.Hope you didn't deposit there? But if you did and won, I'm sure someone will be able to help you out...At least I hope so. If you won from a free chip,
then they have a dozen excuses not to pay you...

Thank you

I really appreciate your input. Yes, I originally deposited $50, they matched it as a welcome bonus, etc. I had played a very long time, and was sure I had matched their requirements, so I do not think that is an issue. They are saying I signed up for a vanity card, and I don't even know what that is. But is is showing on my account -- I have a printout. It is possible that I clicked on that by mistake, but I am usually much more careful than that, since this is all new to me. I am thankful I did not deposit any more than that with them. Please post again if you have further advice on how to handle this. I really do not know where to turn or if it is worth persuing. Thank you!

Best option

1) Never put money on a casino you have not researched before.

2) Go to watchdogs and forums to see which guys play by the rules.

3) Check on their website by which jurisdiction or gaming commission are they ruled and file the complain there..

4) Once again... never go to a casino you don't know @% about

Vanity cards are free bonus codes...
And no, you can't redeem a vanity card by mistake...it is a unique code that you need to put in when redeeming it...

Hi moonvine,

i think most of us here share your experience.
I myself have lost some thousands at cheating (or : rogue) casinos before i came here.
My idea is as simple as plain: Forget about the money and the casino, go to the list of reputable casinos (here at casinomeister) and choose which ever you like.

In the absolutely rare cases that a problem comes up with any of these casinos, the Meister and all the forum members are here to clear that issue in a very short time.
And - added value-: there is a lot of casino reps that are members here.
You can communicate with them directly.

all the best and good luck!

the source of the lead to casino

I found it! I kept wondering how I would have found such a crooked casino. They are one of the sponsors of about.com section on slot machines. I think I am going to write to about.com since they are a generally trusted site.

yes, I am trying hard to forget, but still want to complain with some influence.

Thank you all for your support!:D

[Max says: please note that we have since issued a Casinomeister Warning against Real Vegas Online: see Real Vegas: no pay, AWOL CS = Avoid!]
