Real Time Gaming: Anyone have any info?

I am seeing a slew of new casino spam for a variety of casinos known to be part of Real Time Gaming.

I've complained to them with absolutely no result. Has anyone here had any dealings with them? Literally everything I find online is either very vague about where they are or how to reach them, or features a litany of very scummy behavior on their behalf.

Has anyone ever had a good experience dealing with these spam-friendly individuals?

I would never frequent a place that spams me. That doesn't matter if it is RTG or any other casino.

As far as RTG - I stick to ClubUSA Casino. They have good support and quick cashouts.

The RTG gang is presently in hiding. Perhaps on the warm shores of Curacao where they are "feverishly working" (yeah right..) on launching their state-of-the-art website - Hastings BV. (Check it out yourself at www.hastingsbv.com) It's really user friendly and informative don't you think?

Sarcasm aside, these guys have really become master spammers, scheisters, and just downright slippery.

It's too bad really, because they have some outstanding gaming platforms out there that are very enjoyable to play.

The next time you'll actually SEE RTG may be on "Candid Camera"......

As far as RTG - I stick to ClubUSA Casino. They have good support and quick cashouts.

But be very, very careful here. Even with it being an accredited casino, it is one of the hardest to hit at IMO.

if you want to try an RTG, go to Inetbet!
Or try the other ones, which are accredited.
But (my experience !) Inetbet is the safest, most trustworthy and most customer-orientated place, maybe the best casino, next to 32 red (which obviously is no rtg...)

These spammers obviously don't care about that: they'll spam anyone.

The latest batch was for American Gold Casino.

I hate spammers, but I especially hate casino spammers.

Since RTG is based in Atlanta, and seem to be endorsing their licencees in spamming someone from New York, I would expect the new climate in the US could be used to put pressure on the RTG execs. You could argue that your tragic family circumstances would show it to be highly unlikely that you would consent to be sent casino related information, AND in the case of New York, mailers that encourage illegal conduct.
RTG could be required to control it's licencees, or quit US soil. I am surprised that RTG are STILL in Atlanta given that they have actively rejected any cooperation with the spirit intended behind the safe ports act.

Other than this, one bright spark earlier suggested (tounge-in-cheek) setting up a "cyber hit squad" to take down the rogues who think themselves above the law by hitting them where it hurts most, the wallet.

So does this mean that noone wins or enjoys playing here or should everyone play at the casinos you win at because the they will win too?

I just don't understand your logic?

Its all the same software so why should there be any difference with this or other RTG accredited casinos? Its quite normal to lose at one and then win at another and then vice versa, and that happens alot in land based too. One casino is sweet for a few weeks and the others kill you and then vice versa.

I really think that some casinos get an unwarranted bad rep even when other people are giving them kudos.

Personally I find them great as kwblue says and quite a few others on this forum funnily enough. I accept the fact that losing is part of gambling but knowing that if i win i get paid fast and receive really great customer service ,that goes the extra mile to please, then that is all i need.

Just realised that this is well off topic but so was the initial comment really and I really hold Michael and the Team at Club World in high regard so I felt it right to stick up for them...sorry if i went overboard

Isn't it RTG casinos that can set their own payout %? If so, that would be the difference and the reasoning behind their post.

No idea but the point is one mans meat is anothers mans poison and there is no need to cast aspersions just because you hit an unlucky spell. From personal experience the games are what i expect, ups and downs. Sometimes my money lasts longer than other times, all quite normal.
If the CS was bad, games had errors or withdrawals were problematic then they are valid complaints, no need for sly comments though.
