Nice to see that they begun the process, wouldnt recommend anyone to play there if they dont fix their support. I played there a few times stopped after dodgy support and stalling with withdrawals.. I played on a casino 3 weeks ago which looks likr crap and even they had live support and 20 min withdrawal time

In this day and age their is ZERO excuse for not having live support! Totally unprofessional and shows a real lack of interest to the customer.
From what I am reading Real Deal Bet is nothing but a clip joint to be fully avoided. 10 days for a withdraw for EU facing customers is also totally
unacceptable!! When will these idiots learn that using such stall tactics does not win them anything in the end!

Hey,
From what i have read up they did used to have live support , I'm not sure how long it has been offline for but at least a week since i first signed up , They are a sister site of 10bet , Who also now have no live support ...
I don't know if its the UK platforms of these sites that don't have live help or the whole company in general ,they both however do off live phone support i think but who wants to go through that ..
Hopefully chat will return one day and i may consider playing there again but not until
