Just got an email saying Evander Holyfields themed casino Real Deal Bet is active in the UK. I did sign up for a notification of when this would happen months ago.

Not joined but interested to know if anyone knows anything about this outfit ? Has sports betting / Live Betting / Live casino etc ...

Anyone ?
 
Just checked the UKGC license and it shows as 10bet on the UKGC site. With no mention of the domain real deal bet. I was under the impression they had to have all domains / sub domains listed.
So makes me wonder if this is a skin of 10bet ?
 
Whilst they have a nice 200% bonus for newbies, they have removed all the higher-risk games like Immortal Romance and The Dark Knight.

That alone would stop me from signing up.

Yeah im not gonna sign up. Im not big fan of any bonus these days apart from the odd 32red dotd and a very few others.
And reading the terms is 25x D+B so 50xs - you may as well donate the money to your favorite save the rat charity.

No Netent either - which I confess I am hopelessly hooked on.
 
Had a read of their terms and conditions and they seem very fair, but customer service is an absolute joke. Sent a e-mail with a deposit question and three days later still no reply despite a auto-response saying they received it.

Also, their mobile version has a lot more games including NetEnt which is strange.

Withdrawals take around 5 business days to be processed and are fully reversible during this time.

I withdrew last Saturday and only today was it removed from my account and sent to my card. Very poor turnaround but knew it was eventually going to be paid based on complaints elsewhere!
 
When you try to make a withdrawal you get the message
"To complete your initial credit/debit card withdrawal request, please contact our live support team."

There is no live support team , No matter what day or hour they are always offline so its by email only , I sent my docs off and have not had a reply all day and after hearing what Nicola said above it could be a week for a reply then a further week pending withdrawal ....

Also the fact they just say contact support but give no hint as to why ,No message about needing documents etc ....Personally i have never seen a site that does not allow you actually make a withdrawl ATTEMPT until you have spoken to staff ,Yes a withdrawl might go into pending until reviewed by a memeber of staff but to not allow the withdrawal attempt to even start processing until you have spoken to 'LIVE' support staff is just poor practise ...

There are far to many better alternatives for me so doubt i'll be playing again any time soon , Hopefullly they can iron out some of this stuff for the future .
 
You can try calling them on 0800 047 0965 and ask what the issue is. When giving your username make sure you state this is for Real Deal Bet as support works for a number of brands.

I'll give them until tomorrow before i can give them a ring , It just seems strange to me for a brand new casino to be so far behind the times , No live chat , V slow communication , V slow payment
For the experienced players there is no way they can compete with what is already out there and it doesnt even seem like they are trying , really can't get over not having live chat support , Even coolcat casino etc had live help hahah !
 
It's now 48 hours later , I have sent 3 messages , None of which have been responded to , including my documents sent before a withdrawal can be made ,
At no point in the last 4 days has "live help" been live which to me is completely baffling as this site has live sports betting much like williamhill , coral etc..
The fact they do not allow a withdrawal to even begin the pending process until you have spoken to a memeber of staff (which seems to be impossible) is a first for me and it just seems like a huge delaying tactic , especially as i have heard a withdrawl will sit pending for up to 5 days before processing so at this rate i would be looking at a minimum of a 10 day wait

There must be somethign going on behind the scenes at this place as i can't believe a pretty much brand new site complete with sports betting and a UKGC license could be this bad from the offset

I'll keep on pestering and reporting back but for any new people thinking of giving them a try consider the facts .

Wagering on SUB 75xdeposit , much higher than average
The selection of slots although having Netent and Microgaming is few as they do not have all the titles from those providers
There is no live chat support
Withdrawls cannot begin until you have spoken to one of the non-existent live chat support
If you manage to speak to an agent withdrawals can be pending for up to 5 days as Nicola mentioned above and are fully reversible in this time

But apart from that ..............
 
There have been lots of complaints made about RDB over the past year (on other forums) all of them relate to slow payment.

I can't understand why they are acting so slow with every withdrawal and never provide the support levels they promise to do.
 
It's really strange as it's only this month that they have opened for us UK players and they seem totally unprepared and incapable , Why open to more customers if you can't provide a good service to your current customers ,
Anyone with any sense and has been around the block a bit will play here once and never again , Of all the things to complain about nowadays you wouldn't think basic customer support would be one of them , I think there taking the term Skeleton Staff way to literally !
 
Fourth day with no response to emails , attempted withdrawals and still have not seen live help online once .. , Hopefully Monday will bring a reply .
Surely other people must have played here and had similar problems , It can't just be me haha .

If they had any deceny they would fast track my withdrawal seeing as though i attempted to make the withdrawal 4 days ago and after those 4 days have past its not even began the pending stage yet .

My real worry is even if i do get a reply to the message i sent days ago will it then take them another 4-7 days to respond to my reply ......

It says live support is there but when you click to chat it just says there currently offline but its been like that every day at all different hours spread across the day ,
I have sent 3 different emails all of which have not yet got an answer spreading across alost 5 days now

I see you said that your withdrawal took 7 days , Tomorrow it will be 5 days for me but my withdrawal process has not even begun yet as for some unknown reason ( unique to this casino ) after going through the withdrawal process a message pops up saying "To complete your initial credit/debit card withdrawal request, please contact our live support team."

Now considering i cannot start a withdrawal until i have spoke to them and nobody is live to speak to and they appear to just be ignoring emails and messages i don't really know what to do ... , What i do know is regardless of the outcome i won't be playing there again.

I have no idea at all why they would need a customer to contact support before they can make a withdrawal , If its just to tell them they need to send docs off then surely that can be added onto that message especially since there is no live support team ,Although i sent my docs the day i won and not had any response .

You can only think there are serious problems going on behind the scenes as surely its not there belief that customers will return with this kind of service ,
Honestly the worst customer care i have ever received at a casino and i have played at some bad casinos haha
 
Hmm which time of the day are trying to get in touch with em? I remember i talked with them on daytime around 12 and 3. Honestly 7 days is way to long time.. having a pending withdrawal on an other casino after 4 days right now know that feeling... :confused: If they still not answer tomorrow.. something is very dodgy, is your winnings big? / J
 
I have tried morning , afternoon , night they are just not ever live .. My withdrawal is not even pending ,Its not allowed to even begin pending until i have spoken to live help , so even if i do get to speak to them this coming week then i will stiil have to through another week of pending before i would get the money
So currently i cannot even begin the withdrawl process

How can they have sports betting and no live help , Its should be 24/7 live help like everywhere else
 
Okey thats a bit odd went to their site saw none live support either try to stay in touch with em at daytime 10-5. I did send a mail aswell to see if they reply too, if it goes fast to reply to mine then we know why they dont answer yours. Just want until tomorrow, if they dont respond then take actions :/ dont like when casino do like this. If you get in touch with them ask them why they delay withdrawals etc.. im gonna try to get in touch with them aswell:)
 
So i got a reply via email today basically fobbing me off ,
They even had the cheek to say " As we stated in our previous messages" ....., There are no previous messages , This is their first response , I even double checked and nothing ..

They then said copies of my I.D where not good enough quality ,This was a copy of my drivers license that i have been using for the past 3 years and never had a problem anyhwere else ,probably Between 30-50 different sites ...

So now im in the position where i need to take new photos and send them off again and wait for another reply ,which at this rate will take another 5 days for a reply taking me to the weekend again ,And then if they do not find yet another problem with them i get to begin the pending stage which will take another week...

This is pretty much the treatment you would expect from coolcatcasino etc almost a decade ago , Classic delaying tactics !
 
Just another little heads up , As im sure most of you are aware realdeal is the same company as 10bet , I just checked and 10bet has also taken away its live support and all questions etc are now email based and im guessing its prob the same couple of guys dealing with a huge backlog of problems and questions usually sorted by live help for not one but two , maybe even more casinos

Pretty important information that you would think needed to be know by customers before hand and seems to make no sense at all ....

They have different wallets for sports betting and casino and for some reason are saying (in private via email rather than public on their site ) that in order to begin a withdrawal , you need to transfer the money to the sportsbook wallet then make the withdrawal request ....

As of now the site is down and will not load up ..... , the odd occasion the site does load up the log in boxes from the top of the page are missing so you cannot access your account anyway ...

If Evander Holyfield doesnt want his other ear bitten off he is going the wrong way about it ;)

I am at a loss with this place ...
I am getting to the point of just calling it a day and forgetting about the money

I finally spoke to support via email and sent off my documents , the same documents i use at all sites , Including the top sites out there ...

They reject my I.D saying its to low quality , I do not have a scanner , I just have my camera phone , I take a load more photos and pick out the best an re-send it to them only for it to be once again rejected ....

The I.D is just my drivers license ,its just a small card , My photo ,dob and address are clear as day even without the photo being super HD .

They have delayed , ignored , found problem with everything , every step of the way , At times today the site hasnt loaded up or when it has the log in boxes were not visible ..

So i am now at the point where they will not accept my I.D so unless i go out and buy a scanner or HD camera to take this ONE photo then i cannot make a withdrawal .

I don't see how Videoslots , Casumo etc can accept my I.D no problem but this tin pot outfit say its not upto their standards , What standards exactly , they have the worst customer service i have ever come across ..

Although i am at the end of my tether with them i will find a way of getting a perfect copy of my I.D to them as it seems like they are doing what they are doing in the hope of either delaying or not having to pay out at all and i can't let them get away with that .

Yes the withdrawal has finally begun its process ,

I had to go to a friends house and use their scanner as they just kept rejecting anything i submitted ( guess at least i have a crystal clear set of docs now )
I doubt the money will be with me until next week though , so we're still looking at a 10 day withdrawal

Having no live help is an absolute joke ,Often problems are small and quick to solve and having to wait 24 hours nevermind 5 days is not good enough especially since you can play those slots , games etc on any other site and have your queries answered instantly and your withdrawals processed same day
Plus i really hate the way they advertise they have live help and when you click it says "Sorry, we can’t chat right now. Please send an email using the form below."
Making it sound like its just out of hours or busy etc when actually its not been in service for months .

I don't see this place getting many returning customers ..
