P.S.: To enable the option of keeping things "non bet dependent" as an example, one could base the random jackpot off a 1c total bet (in an example where there is no compulsory max line play).
However, this means that the jackpots will trigger 100 times less likely than currently, if the RTP is to be maintained at current level, and to maintain the example poll jackpot of $3000-$6000 average.
Increment would be 100 times lower, as seed level and final prize are 100 times higher.
And not adjusting trigger probability according to bet size, as in this example, would mean that anyone betting $1 total bet will be effectively playing a game with an RTP 1% lower than the player placing a 1c total bet.
The whole scenario is simply not viable.
