I began playing at Raging Bull after finding a lucrative deposit match bonus and I ended up hitting and attempted to cash out $1500... they verified my account and approved my withdrawal 3 or 4 different times now and have told me to be expecting my funds to my bitcoin wallet in the next couple days however a few weeks will pass and I log in to find that the funds are back in my account for no apparent reason and customer support then approves my withdrawal again , and this repeats in a vicious cycle that has been going on for the last few months. How is this casino still in business? Also I tried to find their rep on here and did not find one listed.

The rep used to be prevalent back when Raging Bull Casino first hit the scene.

I also remember people having great experiences with this group. However, years have passed
and businesses change hands. Not saying that they did.. but it's quite possible.

Was there any reasons as to why they kept passing the hot potato around until finally landing it
back into your real money account? Other than an obvious stall tactic?

First they said that I needed to also send a selfie of me holding my ID even tho I already received an email saying I was verified and then I sent my bitcoin address and then I noticed my funds were back in my account and the next time they said they never received my bitcoin address so I requested withdrawal yet again and the same thing happened a few weeks later, the third time they said I needed to answer a question via email in regards to someone who used to live at my address that also had an account many years ago, (my sister had an inactive account from like 5 years ago, and I bought her house from her 1 year ago) and then just today I requested a withdrawal AGAIN and contacted support and they said that “it may take 3-5 day maximum to verify my bitcoin address to ensure it’s my address” ..
First of all what is there to verify about a bitcoin address other than it IS, in fact, a bitcoin address? Second, they always play dumb with me at first and ask me to send verification documents but then when I tell them I’ve already had my account verified months ago they magically find my previous emails with all of the requested information necessary for a withdrawal. I get it that $1,500 might not seem like a lot for some people but for a single mom working as a paramedic that is a couple mortgage payments. I wish they would stop giving me the runaround.

Hey again.

Did you send a pm ( private message ) to Tawni?

Yes I did. Haven’t heard anything yet
I'm here and happy to help. ;)

I received your PM, as well, but you did not include your casino username. Can you please PM me with your username as well as your email address? As soon as I receive this, I'll check into this for you.

Much appreciated,

Tawni

Yeah, they were great when they first appeared. I use to list them on my websites - they were very popular and never heard any complaints about them.

But then they sold out to the Virtual Group (Gambling Wages/Ace revenue) in 2017 and it was all downhill from there - as you would expect.
My affiliate earnings mysteriously dropped by 75% and player complaints started appearing - so I dropped them.
Shame :(

Hi Michelle--

I've received your PM and I've reviewed your account.

There are a couple small items I will need from you (I've explained this in my reply to your PM). As soon as I receive this, I'll arrange for your withdrawal to be paid without delays.

Have a great weekend,

Tawni
