I think I might have found the issue. The "play now" links on your page go to Outdated URL (Invalid)

Notice the "mobilewebsite" ? Apparently it's linking to the page a cell phone/app would go to in order to play the games. But, I can get to that page and it logs me in with I visit it in IE? Weird.

Were you dropped or kicked out prior to getting this message. Because, if you do get dropped and you attempt to login immediately it will pick up that you have an actice session.
In the event of this happening, just can just contact support and ask them to log the active session out. This will literally take 30 seconds to do.

Let me know if you still have problems loging in.

Only some slow spins

This was happening yesterday at other RTG casinos, and I was told that RTG was performing "maintenance" :rolleyes: and had been for 5 hours. I think there's something serious going on, as it's apparently happening again today....and when you combine the past two days with the progressive jackpot "win" being voided...well....

The "wait 10 minutes" is a joke, and there's nothing that support can do about it on their end. Their hands are tied. I had to wait 45+ minutes yesterday to get "logged off" from RTG's side of things.

I do believe this is due to Flash performance. The stuff we're experiencing is the neverending spinning reels.....ie: they just spin and spin and spin without landing. Even the "stop" button doesn't trigger them to land in place. Then, only to get cut off in the middle with the infamous cannot connect to the casino message, and when trying to log back in, it says we're already logged in...

I also noticed on a few occasions that when the reels just spin and spin and spin after a winning round, the bet for the next round is deducted from the balance, but yet the previous win isn't registered until the reels finally land in place in subsequent spins?
 
Yep slow performance reels just keep spinning
The worst pokie I have seen this on is the new nacho libre machine
And that's at any rtg casino it and followed by trex I like both machines
But tend not to play them much because of this

The reels continuously spinning isn't a result of poor performance....it's a connection issue, usually as a result of RTG's poor servers.....When I talk about poor performance, I'm talking about lagging video, stuttering, etc of the reels before they fall....it's like trying to watch a 30fps movie that's only playing at 12fps and skipping frames :(

Maybe they need to allocate more resorces to these games (maybe I am wrong and this will not be possible) but it's worth a try.

As for getting logged out and getting told that you need to wait 10 min. This is something that we can resolve. You just need to get into contact with my support team and they will "log" the session out, which should allow you to log in successfully.

Friday and saturday I was not able to log in into the download version of the casino. The browser games (all games) were also unplayable because of lag or lost contact to the server.

Since yesterday all games work fine for me.

I have had a few deposits over the weekend, Except for a few spins had abit of lag I had no other problems, Live help was quick and efficient,
One question is I still have a fee chip available in my account (25GREEN) Can I use this as I am sure I had used the same code a while a go,

Thanks for the deposits over the weekend. We logged a call with RTG, the 25GREEN coupon was not supposed to fire if you have redeemed it in the past. Having said this, I will honor the bonus to all players where the coupon fired incorrectly - so enjoy the FREEBIE ...lol...
