I don't think a representative of a company should "sit on the fence" when things may get a little difficult.

It doesn't matter about being transparent if its not a good deal. Again max cashouts are not the NORM for REPUTABLE RTG casinos. Max cashouts are a way to control large wins and overall the amount of money they payout. Essentially this becomes a way to keep the RTP low by altering it on the withdrawal end. . Keep in mind there are many of other ways casinos manipulate the amount of money they payout:

1)Take a long time to process and limit withdrawal to small amounts, giving the player as much opportunity to play the money back.
2)Pay some of the more important loyal players, but find ways to void wins on others.
3) Put max cashouts on bonuses.

Yes indeed the max cashout is the most professional way to control payout.

Players do have the right to choose where to play. After all plenty of rogues are still in business because people continue to deposit.

I do see that Jason has said that they have had a meeting about Max cashout and hopefully they make progress. But with all the resistance I wouldn't count on significant changes. I also don't think its very positive that a casino is that dead set against paying a player what they won. Actually I cant believe there has to be discussions to point out that the max cashout on bonuses 100% is not a good deal. What color is that Kool-Aid?

The only RTG casino i wagered a bonus and could cash out quickly on, the wire transfer fee is way to high though like $45 so just use skrill or something similiar to it. Have you got drop box? You can add them to there than share the links and just put the links in the email, No one else can see them as they will not no the link, What email provider do you use? You maybe uploading docs wrong and RB servers may look at the incoming email as danger

Try opening a gmail account and try sending from there.

If all else fails, fax them to them from a copy place.
