Bitch and Moan Quitting Betfred

Have decided to terminate my account at Betfred, where I have been a very high level player (VIP) for a while.

Whilst I cannot fault the Customer Services and have build up an excellent rapport with the VIP managers -

The reasons are–

A) The bonuses are abysmal. Was always promised at some point a ‘cash drop’ of up to £1000 (its on the main page too for VIPs, making it seem like it will happen at some point). The most I have ever received is £75, I think, and that’s only after asking. Have had a couple of decent deposit matches (£500 max on perhaps a £2000 deposit) but nowhere near close to what other establishments offer, and often offer on EVERY deposit.
Very small cash back payments on losses, I think 5%.
When I say I am a high level player, I am talking deposits of £5,000+ per week and probably wagering approx £25,000+ per week. I play £10/£20 spins on the slots. I cannot even COUNT how much I deposited during December, but it was in the multiple thousands. I understand I have been quite lucky at Betfred and have not often come away ‘down’ but I don’t see why this should work against wanting to keep my loyalty as a high roller. We all know it will come back and bite me at some point, and when playing at this level, surely that should be valuable.

B) Have a constant technical glitch/error message which interferes with my play sessions. It is quite minor on a technical level but enough to bother me. I have reported it twice to my VIP managers and never received any resolution nor compensation for the games it was ruining for me.

I want to give my loyalty to a casino that values my play and do not feel this is happening particularly at Betfred. This has been PM’d to the rep as per the rules and it is with reluctance that I plan to take this step, so any imput as to my possible ‘unreasonable’-ness or any chance of a last minute incentive to stay there, I’d be interested.
As it last stood, the VIP manager (Paul) said there was nothing further he could offer me.

I must say I'm a little surprised over this thread, and a little disappointed too to be honest.

Where did your break go?

If you want me to remove this post just ask me and I do it, or a reply would be nice:)

I will tell you what I get at Ladbrokes, which with my level of play I am very pleased with

weekly cash drop of 75 gbp

weekly chip bonus (deposit 75 get 50 chips free and 25 gbp worth of spins on a certain slot) turnover is only 4x.

On a Friday I get a percentage back of the chips I have turned over that week, dont really know what the % is though, but its usually a good amount.

Magic chips, this is a draw that takes place where VIP members can win free chips ranging from 500 to 50. (I have only won them twice in the last 6 years though).

I was taken to the grand national one year with full hospitalty. I have been offered other events but was not able to go due to other commitments.

Got an ipad for xmas

200 bonus chips for birthdays

The customer service is excellent, so maybe give them a try

they gave me 200 bonus for each two weeks same turnover... but since i drop lately my play there they have cut it too 4x50 and 4x25 in freespin if u qualify.. never seen ipad.. never seen a trip... happy bday chip they give u only if u are vip u need to deposit for it to qualify and for the cashback on friday i think its every 1000 wagered is 1 usd...i dont play their slots game much i usually go for the live dealer since they dont allow me no more by the dutch conflict with the lottery thing... they up alot on me thats for sure... a nice ipad or new laptop would be fine lol

Sounds decent. I am looking into few other casinos which have shown greater generosity thus far to make them my 'main one'. It's business after all and I think it's time to shop around again as I know (as arrogant as it may sound) I'm quite an asset to a casino with my level of play. It would be nice to just have received an unexpected gift or something, I hear of such things all the time - be it a decent cash bonus or some surprise item in the post, who knows, would make a BIG difference in showing they care and value my custom. Cos afterall, I don't think its fair that it's measured on my losses, surely it should just be measured on my play in general, everyone knows I will lose in the end and surely everyone wants me to lose with them :p
