Hey everyone I just have a question for those of you who are vips for the palace group specifically spin palace. I was just wondering how often you hear from your vip manager and how often you receive bonus and perks besides the vip calendar, Do you have to spend a certain amount each month. I only play at spin palace and I'm vip there and have just started at 32 red not vip there yet but I really want a casino that really values and rewards their players not ones that throw something your way once in a while, can anyone recommend the best vip programs. Thanks in advance

You may already have found it if my experience of the GNUF VIP calendar is something that runs throughout the Palace Group's own casinos as well. Where else would a Platinum VIP get 100% up to 500 four times a month, along with several other 50%, 40%, and 30% offers?

There is the occasional free chip if you don't play for a while, along with a few non-bonus events, such as a wager race for a prize. Pity it doesn't have a live scoreboard, or I would be all over it;)

There may be other perks, such as gifts through the post, but probably only for long term loyal players.

It is my birthday soon, an occasion that often yields non bonus perks such as gifts through the post.

For a Club Rouge member at 32Red, the bonuses as a whole over a month could well beat the equivalent from the GNUF VIP calendar, however, entry to Club Rouge is not down to defined criteria, it is something done manually after reviewing accounts and discussing whether to extend invites to particular players. The Club Rouge system cannot be manipulated because of this manual element. The easiest system to manipulate that I ever found was at the now defunct Casino Action group;)

If you earn the mutual trust and respect between you and 32Red youll make it into the club rouge section im sure. As far as im concerned there is no casino that rewards your loyalty and goes continously above and beyond in making you feel like a valued customer than 32Red does. Dont take my word for it though, give it time and see for yourself :)

VIP treatment?

Took me 5 years to get the Club Rouge invite from 32Red...
Spin Palace? No time at all to obtain VIP status there.
VIP mgr phoned me outa the blue and simply offered it.
That was not long after 32 Red reacted to a decent placing in one of their tourneys.
So as soon as I had an evident bankroll both unexpectedly "elevated" me.
A week later a pretty swish hamper courier delivered from SP
Like I've said in previous posts, the raised status is flattering, bonuses & freebs always most welcome.
Won't necessarily make playing any more profitable for you :)

My own earlier response however had been to acknowledge each site in a few posts -
seemed to woo them rather effectively... hey!
Worked well enough for them too I guess - me more regular, higher rolling with my ill gotten gains.
Gave plenty back. (didn't hurt a lot, I just got sick of slots)
And in recent months I haven't visited either venue much at all.
Been playing online poker instead.
Dismal failure at that for sure. Reckon I'm cured though.
Not going back ever!!!

Upon reading OP questions, decided to again check out the Spin Palace March VIP calendar which came with the blurb details below. Thinking now I might even take them up on a couple of the offers...

Match Bonuses: a record ELEVEN including four 100% Match Bonuses, five 50% Match Bonuses as well as 30% and 40% Bonuses. Also have plenty of Triple Club Points Days, Quadruple Points Days and Gift Day Competitions where you can win prizes...

Note:
Spin Palace VIP mgr Jarren thanked me for the posted comments last year, was hinting I should encourage other members here to seek VIP status.
Might need to exercise a little patience?
Don't know what the requirements are... Ask.
You'll know soon enough after playing there a few times.
Doubt it would work at 32Red, but you might then try Spin Palace's online chat;
Be friendly, mention the Pianoman's CM posts? See what happens?
Good luck

Tut, tut, Jarren - if you think players are worthy of the status, invite them yourself!

What good is it having someone post on a forum to encourage players to seek VIP status without also giving them the actual criteria for becoming eligible?

It couldn't be a sneaky attempt to hoodwink a CM member to do your "dirty work" for you by any chance, with the REAL aim being to get some free advertising that might entice NEW players to join up with a view to "fast track" advancement to VIP status by a little name dropping here and there:(

Who asked You?

TUT TUT yourself mate.

Tut, tut, Jarren - blah blah blah
C'mon now Vinyl; Fair crack of the saveloy...
Jarren didn't encourage me to post a thing!
Did that off my own bat, numerous times - the sort of thing we do here when we experience "special" treatment from any site providing good service.
Christ! I got a surprise gift delivered to my door.
Before posting at the forum, I thanked Jarren for the hamper (and in case someone like You might misinterpret same) wondered if I might mention it here?
He said was OK.
No doubt, good value testimonial, I reckon (aren't they all?)
Described by me as Jarren "hinting" that others might be interested?
BTW I'm not an affiliate (just so's you know)
Not even a regular player at Spin Palace - haven't played there since early January.

32Red's my second home...

So not real impressed when someone high profile like you dives in and elects to demean a VIP manager for no good reason (none that I can see anyway) using such terms as
"sneaky attempt" "hoodwink a CM member" do your "dirty work" etc

And any "name dropping" was Pianoman's choice -
thankyou very much!

Cool down my friend. Your post above did seem to indicate that Jarren was requesting you to encourage fellow CM members to be elevated to VIP status. While I would hope VWM could be a bit nicer to managers like Jarren invites to players to achieve VIP status should be done in a more professional way in a private capacity to make one feel important. Dont tell me the I in VIP means impotent:D

The Palace Group managers may be nice, but they know about the art of the "hard sell".

I have been phoned by Palace Group managers enticing me to reverse a withdrawal on a number of occasions, so I DO believe this was a gentle shove intended to get players to promote the achievement of VIP status by posting suggestions on the forum fed to them by the VIP managers during the "small talk" that forms part of a communication.

The most notable occasion was after a £6K withdrawal from Prime. I was called the next day with an offer of a bonus of up to 25% if I reversed, and if I reversed ALL, the offer got better. I refused, and explained that I have a policy of never reversing once I had cashed out. They paid, but the following week I redeemed some £33 worth of comps and worked it up to £500, which I cashed out. This £500 was then put on hold, but I was not told. When I asked what was taking so long, I was told my account was being "investigated".

The Prime manager who phoned me said he was NOT Palace Group, but based at the offices of the owners of Prime casino, and that his offer had nothing to do with Palace Group CS, and that if I changed my mind I had to phone him direct on a number he gave me, rather than Palace Group CS who did the general CS and processing for Prime casino.

I decided at some point to phone this number he gave me, and it was answered "Ruby Fortune, how can I help you". This exposed the complete pack of LIES I had been told during the call trying to get me to reverse.

I therefore believe there is always this "hard sell" bordering on "sharp practice" ethic behind the palatable face of VIP hosting at Palace Group. They are "nice" because they have been trained to come across this way. They are NOT doing this because they are "your friend".

It is not a reflection of the personal ethics of any particular VIP manager, but a reflection of their job description and training.

I experienced similar hard sell tactics from the Palace Group. One of the reasons I closed my account at Spin Palace. Wasnt the main reason but it was enough to become irksome. Every time I had a cashout, a phone call I would get, it got to the point where i got pretty irate with them at one point.

What was even worse was that this was specifically in violation of the standards for accreditation, they knew it, but yet still pursued this. It was done over the phone so no hard copy record existed. It is merely a "he said, she said" type argument, not worth the effort of a PAB.

Their revenge on me (after the investigation at Prime), was to throw me out of the VIP club at Ruby Fortune, supposedly nothing to do with Prime, and which should never have been affected by any decision made by prime's owners to bonus ban me after investigating my account for a week, and finding nothing untoward other than the fact that I was some 8K ahead over the life of my account. At over 12K DOWN at Ruby Fortune, a bonus ban for being in the black over the life of the account is not the explanation, as when I stopped getting boni from Spin Palace for ending up 20K ahead, I still got them at Ruby Fortune.

So far, I still get them at GNUF, which is a similar setup as Prime, with Palace Group running the CS, processing, and promos. I have so far NOT received a reversal offer from GNUF, even though it's the same set of VIP hosts as at Spin Palace and others.

Maybe they have mended their ways, and toned down the hard sell in some respects, or have done so for those players that turn them down every time, and even grass them up to the player community for breaking accreditation standards by phoning in the first place;)

Just answering you back this is my first post. Let's see if this works.... lol
have been playing for a few years or could be a couple of years not sure and I do love the calendars that offer match bonus etc... etc.. but I have never received any freebies as in gifts. I must admit I have lost the plot in what they call lady luck running out. I'm sure there are many that agree that when it pays, it can pay well but when it doesn't you'd be lucky to even get a free spin or if you do get a free spin it doesn't pay much especially when you bet high and you get no return the size of the bets. And your deposits don't last long, that's when on occasion I have complained as lack of lady luck sometimes goes on for weeks.? Sometimes I feel there is a problem with the program or something when this happens. Ideally we all want money up that can last longer...As I work from home I do have the luxury of being able to play at any time of day or night. But I will admit on occasions on my complaining they have generously given me a bonus in sympathy... lol... but when you invest a lot and play a lot and you lose a lot it can be quite frustrating as we all know. Spin palace is definately my game to play. I have joined others that have the same games and I still play them but I have invested a fair hike in spin palace so I choose to stay there.
the staff are definately helpful and friendly. I do wish I had more rewards though. the gift day I am not sure what you can get but I have never gotten anything like that. Or out of the blue there is a bonus to play with.
the birthday bonus is a nice surprise though. I tend to use up my loyalty points when I am not winning on my own money. I can say I have won a little bit but a lot of the time I put it all back. That's just me because I work so hard 7 days a week just to veg out is convenient for me. And at the moment I don't care if I lose or win. I'm tired....Online gambling is fun even when you lose a bit and can be dangerous too...... I seem to only take out when the cash flow timing bills thing is happening.....
So on the whole it is a great casino. Great calendar, winnings are very good, you just have to pull it out if you win.... lol.
Maggie
