Hi Folks! :) I am sorry for this silence but we are working on some exciting promos for you guys! In regards of the streamers, we always say that Twitch and Youtube should be taken as a form of entertainment only. This being said we are going to close the thread for now since we want to focus more on you guys, creating exclusive and exciting promos as well as tourneys. Stay Tuned!

Pragmatic Play is reviewed at Casinomeister
So just catching up here, there seems to be some buzz about using fake money streamers to promote Pragmatic Games. That is pretty dodgy, and if endorsed by Pragmatic Play - pretty damning.

I have removed all promotional ads from Casinomeister until this is cleared up. @ The Casinomeister Community - please post your questions here - using tact and common courtesy please. @Pragmatic Play Official - here is your chance to clean this mess up.

Whilst I appreciate the honesty of this post, it makes no sense, it's like committing commercial suicide in an industry that is already questionable!

Putting the 'fake money' to one side, given that PP seem to have a lot of deals in place with streamers: are they playing the same game as Joe Public? Because it's striking how they seem to be able to his the massive X amounts, with regularity - almost defies belief, like they're running on a steroid/bespoke version of the game.

Perfectly fine saying things are a form of entertainment but when you're commissioning folk to tout your product, and misleading those watching (which is what you're doing and you know it), that doesn't cut it.

You've simply given people another reason to distrust: which in this case, is reasonable IMO

Hey Guys, hope you are enjoying our new releases  We have seen a few negative feedbacks from some of our fans in regards of the “Fake Streamers” and we would like to clarify a few things with you to help understanding how this works.

First of all, we always supported the “Streamers Community” from day one with giveaways and nice promotions because our interest is to entertain you as much as we can and because we do believe that it is a wonderful and entertaining way of getting in touch with all of you. Over time the community got bigger but the fact that we were very present from day one made us popular among all the streamers before any other provider. We also have a lot of bonus buy features in our games, which are quite appealing to streamers because action is almost guaranteed.

We want to make clear that we never gave and will never give test accounts to streamers. We understand your concerns about “fake streamers” not playing with real money, but we do not have control of it since the commercial agreements are always between Casinos and Streamers. We have no insight on the deposits and if they are real or not, no Game Provider does.

We work very hard to give you the best gaming experience as possible with many exciting slots every month and different products and we can feel your appreciation every day. A Big Thank You to Casinomeister for giving us the opportunity to clear this topic out :)

I'm afraid this clears nothing up. There are so many ridiculous videos with the likes of Sweet Bonanza/Gems Bonanza/Fruit party etc.

What you could do is remove the ridiculous extreme bonus buys. These 10k buys are basically designed for fake streamers. I'm not surprised more countries are considering banning bonus buys.

If only the streamers / casinos thought the same, because for them it is a commercial opportunity to attract new players. And with that comes responsibility.

As a responsible gaming provider you have to question these 500k plus gaming balances surely and question the source of the income. By association, especially if you're using their material for your own marketing purposes which I believe you did with that infamous 500k win on Fruit Party, you are therefore as guilty as the casino/streamer that plays with "fake" money.

So basicially passing the book ? nowhere in your post do you even mention anything loosley related to Responsible gambling! How can it be socially responsible to allow your products to be used in such a way as to make it seem betting 20 or 50 or 500 in whatever currency is the norm without the streamer ever admitting that in fact they are taking zero risk when playing with fake money or money that if won that could not even be withdraw anyway ? Sorry but your latest post dont cut it. Your trying to whitewash your way past this. I wont name the streamers no need to everyone knows them - but if this is how you wish to entice players (some of whom will be vunerable ) using such tactics then fine for you. But long term it will be seen as very very bad business practice.

Thats my view - its not personal its just what I see and feel.

So you finally comment on this, but only after your promotional material was removed. Thats a nice coincidence isn't it?
Your post says absolutely nothing, and what you hint at I don't believe.
The streamers you pay to play your games, surely you have commercial agreements with them? Or do you just transfer them a load of cash and hope they play your games?
You used Roshteins win in a promotional post on facebook, which you then removed after you were pulled up on it. Are you seriously telling me you can't check your game logs (especially considering you had the time and date) and see if it was real money play? If it was real, why did you remove it? If it was removed because it was fake, then how do you know, if it's impossible for you to tell?

Just please, please tell me you aren't as bent now as when you were TopGame?
Thats just it isn't it. TopGame stole from players. The jackpots that players paid into were never paid out and no one knows where they went, and they removed symbols from the reel strips to stop anyone winning the top prizes.
PP also claim not to be anything to do with TGame, yet thats not true either.

I’m anti streamer...and not a fan of pragmatic play games cuz of the low rtp on most of them....but...

...is it the game provider‘s responsibility that the casinos give the streamers free money and they gamble at high stakes....something that most of us can never do...

do we hold alcohol companies responsible when bars have their two for one drink specials or happy hour and people drink irresponsibly....is it the bar’s fault?

I'd really love to know why big time gaming get no stick when pragmatic play does! BTG promotes streamers/affiliates big wins on they're youtube and facebook page, post links to a big win board on facebook which contain affiliation links and so on!!
Don't get me wrong i love the fact slot providers have started to interact with players, via casino meister, facebook, twitter etc, i think that's great! It builds rapport and trust but why all this obsession with streaming and affiliation, obviously i know they want to be on side with streamers so that they play their games and bring more customers but i feel it's so the wrong way to go, btg are walking a fine line to me and hopefully they won't have their reputation burnt like pragmatic play!!!

Maybe i'll re-phrase to, not enough stick imo hahaha.
Kind of comes and goes a bit i guess, depending on which provider is flavor of the month.
I bet Nolimit city will release another slot with a crazy expensive bonus buy soon, and everyone will be swap back to complaining about them.

Lucky there are are many of us, so theres plenty of stick to go around! =)

I really do see where your coming from but i actually disagree. I agree on the point that it's not the providers fault if casinos allow streamers to use fake money, however when providers start promoting said streamers and showing they're wins (sometimes fake wins) there's the problem!

Using your analogy, the alcohol company supplies a bar, a bar does a irresponsible drinks promotion and then the alcohol company promotes the bars promotion, then who's to blame? I'd say both the alcohol company and bar because they end up in cahoots.
