Once a casino is accredited by Casinomeister - how often - if ever is this reviewed?

On a personal note, Royal Panda have demonstrated appalling customer service - and I have seen other threads on here over their customer service, yet they are accredited and their customer service is lauded.
Even if they believe their actions are justified, and are not just hiding behind T&C's. to actively hide contact details from a customer is beyond belief. It is akin, to being in a live casino with a balance in casino chips, being physically picked up by security without a word being spoken, taken outside and all doors instantly locked.

I fully accept the site owners / runners are fully neutral and are completely unbiased with regards to accreditation, i'm just interested in the processes.

As far as I know Bryan regularly monitors accredited casinos, along with Max and any ongoing complaints against casinos.

Usually when problems occur the casino acts accordingly, if problems stack up then yeah I’m sure they could be moved into the ‘grey zone’.

There’s many casinos that have fallen from grace over the years and have lost their accredited status.

Casinomeister is a small crew so in terms of Accreditation reviews we don't get around to it nearly as often as we'd like. As JG mentioned the PAB activity -- see Submit Your Online Casino Complaint - Casinomeister for details -- is our early-warning system for Accredited casinos supplemented by what we hear and see going on on the forums. Bryan -- Casinomeister's head man -- will also often do review updates if there is a major change in management or ownership structure.

Incidentally, they haven't scrapped live chat, far worse is that they use cookies to block it appearing to customers they believe are going to complain. I had to clear cookies and cache, access through a different browser, and with a secondary e-mail address to use it.
I think this alone shows they have gone very rogue.

Max,
Thank you for your very honest reply.
I haven't submitted a PAB as i am waiting for resolution next week, additionally as their rep is currently AWOL, I wasn't sure how reactive they would be anyway.
Maybe there could be a middle ground forum, not a full PAB, but where we can list grievances etc so you can look at what sites might need an earlier review than planned.

I know you are a small crew, your work and efforts are much appreciated.

That’s the great thing about Casinomeister. Not only do we have some great members, but the people behind the scenes really do go the extra mile and put the interests of the player and their issues right to the top.

I’m sure if you dropped Bryan/Max a PM about your suggestion or observations then they would take them on board.

Rob :)

If you've tried to contact the rep and nothing has come of it I'd say do the PAB sooner than later. The Accredited casinos are expected to have a rep active on the forums so if that isn't happening then the sooner we have the info and can pursue it the better.

He has contacted me today - in the interests of fairness - i will wait 48 hours to see what happens next
