Steve-

Could you post the Pinnace Investment fax number as well as a text for this "OPA release statement" they are requesting on the members are of the OPA website?

Thanks,
Blue

They do not want this faxed. The want it sent to them at the address listed in members section. I am not sure why.

The OPA release will be made to them from the OPA, players should not have to worry about this statement.

So are we suppose to send the info now or wait until they contact us as it sounded in their letter? Thanks

I have emailed them this morning and asked them that and about a fax number instead of the mail.

I will let you know.

Steve--
Nice work. Any word on whether there is going to be a form acceptance of the settlement that we have to sign or do we just write one up ourselves? Second, do you think printouts of scans would be acceptable for cards that do not photocopy legibly (my card is dark blue) Also, faxing would be much easier if they would allow it. Thanks for all your work.

Um can anyone give us an update a couple of us have been waiting for the form now I read here that checks will be sent to OPA members who filed on time.

DO you mean filed with Pinnace directly with the form they were supose to send out or filed with the OPA months ago.

Thanks.

I know that I have not yet been paid. It sure seems that Pinnace's word is no better than the casinos that stole our money.

Steve,

1. You said back in April you'd expose the real owners if that didn't pay. They haven't. Who are they?

2. When will the OPA's insurance kick in and make good on our losses?

Please reply with a specific time frame.
