question? level advancement at playgate casino

Anyone know the requirements for level advancement at Playgate casino (I assume the same for the sister casinos)? Boss is my favorite software (a little slow I know) and these guys have the good single deck game so I'd like to play. BUT I try to never play without at least a small bonus and there are none available until yellow level. I'll put in a couple of thousand in play to move up but I'm not committing large amounts of time to chase some elusive comp level. I don't understand why they are not clear on the requirements for this. As the queen of comps says some places are, "Don't ask, won't tell" properties. Any info would be appreciated.

I don't think you get much if any credit for playing single deck BJ. I am sure slots players get much better treatment.
