Well, she was playing with a free chip that has limits on the payout. She also had a history of receiving more free chips than deposits which according to the terms and conditions limits the player's winnings as well. J.Todd didn't have to tell me this - I knew this from when the complaint was first lodged here.

I have the feeling that Mysticjoz doesn't like the fact that it seemed that she had won. She became ecstatic and spent the money in her head before the casino had a chance to audit her account and remove the percentage of winnings they weren't going to pay. It's unfortunate, but that's the way it is.

Bryan, the play in question was not on a free chip, but rather on a straight deposit.

I believe she was mistaken, but even if it were her own money, the casino pointed at this in their terms and conditions:

Lifetime Max Cash-out Rule: When a players total amount of bonuses received over the lifetime of their account is greater than or equal to the total amount of deposits made, the maximum cash-out will be ten times the deposit from which the player hit their win.

If I recall correctly, she had deposited $1000 at this point but had received $3000 worth of "free" chips. She won $2500 and the casino paid her $250.

Disclaimer: I'm basing this off of my memory since I'm dealing with several projects at the moment and haven't looked anything up.

VWM audited Mystic's records so he can say whether the figures supplied by the Virtual rep are accurate.

Pina.. your amounts are correct. EXCEPT the free chips. The final numbers did come out and showed that my deposits did exceed the amount of free chips recieved. When they refer to the OP. CM.. If you reread my original thread .. Andre repeatedly changed the amount of free chips I recieved, I believe he changed it 3 or 4 times in 2 chats. from $1000 and in the end he was saying $3000. And I won on a cash deposit. No bonus taken.

No one wants to remember that the unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account were reimbursed via "free chips"... which with the way POC operates would put any player into the lifetime bonus/deposit clause.

VWM DID do the numbers (there were 72 pages of transactions).. I have requested repeatedly that this info be forwarded back to me and it has not.
BUT regardless of these facts...
I never asked for this can of worms to be opened back up again. Yes, Pina..like you said "I was lucky to get that" (at the time). but like I said. I never asked for this to be brought back up. What I see right now is once again members want to question my integrity ("if she was telling the truth"... "I hope we all know her better than that") .. Which again leads me to wonder why was this whole issue brought up again because it was NOT brought up by me.

Bryan, it is very possible that Gambling Wages has misled JTodd about this entire matter. And his reliance on their statements has led to you being misled as well. Since I know you to be a fair and impartial webmaster, I do not for one second believe you are in cahoots with anyone trying to screw a player. However you taking Virtual casino's word for anything involving paying a legitimate win is just mind boggling.............

What utter bullshit. Those particular "free chips" should have counted as regular cash deposits without restrictions.
First they steal the money, then they give back the money, but it's not really money, because she couldn't withdraw the money, she had to play the money and play the money a bunch of times over, and that counted toward them not giving her a righteously won jackpot....

If I'm wrong on the stolen-money-converted-to-free-chips had T&C's attached, I hope someone will enlighten me.

Since this is now "public", yes, I am working on the numbers. What Mystic has provided are actual screenshots of the transaction records on her account. It is a "swine" to process as being images I cannot simply cut & paste the 74 pages into the spreadsheet.
I have already raised the point about the large number of "denied" coupons, and Mystic has replied to me with the same reason, the software routinely denies them, but CS grants them. If Mystic were not allowed these coupons, CS would have said NO!

Chris has specifically stated that Mystic has already received back more than was deposited, this may well be the easiest thing to prove or disprove, whereas analysing the bonuses may be harder due to this denied coupon business - much of the 74 pages are "padding" rather than figures, but I want to make note of it all.

Mystic has only made small deposits, but they have been frequent. She has by no means maxed out a coupon by depositing the amount needed to get the biggest bonus, and this pattern shows no signs of change toward the end (denied Random Jackpot).

Since I have the actual screenshots, there will be no accusations that Mystic "made up" the figures, so forget it Chris

I think I remember reading that Jas, but not positive. So is VWM saying that he couldn't arrive at a "definitive" answer. We don't need three paragraphs VWM, we need two lines, lol. I don't think analyzing bonuses really matters, only these two FINAL figures.

It almost sounds like he was having such a hard time trying to decipher it all, that he just couldn't arrive at two firm amounts. Anyone else get that drift from his words?

You are 100% correct. When I discovered the unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account I immediately walked into my bank and froze any withdrawals TO POC. (I will NOT forget, because it was a Saturday that I discovered that the charges had been made Friday night AND I was playing with reversed cashouts that Friday night)
However when I called POC and spoke with Dean he told me "this was clearly a processor error, but there is no way for us to reimburse the money back into your bank account. What we can do is give it back to you via "chips"." They then proceeded to reimburse me $50 at a time (I think $50) via "free chips".. please remember, I was relatively new to online gambling. I did not know of CM until I actually had a BIG win, and POC was one of few places I played until I found CM. (fortune lounge was the other)
As far as VWM and the numbers. From what I understood, when all was said and done. My deposits exceeded the amount of free chips.., by how much I do not know, I don't think it was a huge amount.
But the biggest obstacle there was/is the fact they reimbursed fraudulent charges from my bank.. via free chips.
That,, and like VWM said then., the denied coupons and "padding".

I really believe people keep "bringing this up" because they think that you got screwed, and they are trying to figure out how to cross all the T's and dot all the I's to try to fight for what you said you rightfully won. No one that has questioned you is doubting your word or your sincerity, just trying to get the facts straight after all this time.

This bunch of casinos seems to be bad news and if they are put in the spotlight enough, you might be "rewarded".

Please try not to be defensive and think that people are doubting your word. I honestly believe they are trying to help you.

As much as I hate to say so, I think the last couple lines of mystic's post should probably be the end of this. We can go around and around forever with this subject, but in the end mystic did get paid...maybe not what she should have, but still...paid something by a rogue is better than being paid nothing by a rogue. She accepted this money, and went on with her life. How about we let her breathe?
And Lauriejim...the next time you feel the need to drag other people into your problems in order to free your conscience, how about you ask that person if they even want past crap brought up.

For me personally, your plight is one more reason for me not to play any RTG, and especially Virtual.
