I'm asking because I read in another forum that an affiliate manager from Gambling Wages claims you were paid.

Yea, I'm glad you asked that mrracetrack, I've been wondering myself where this case has proceeded and if Todd was able to get anything worked out with that bunch...thanks for reminding me...think I will mosey on over to Todd's forum and ask him there too...

Yeah.. the J.Todd forum thread on Gambling Wages got "rather silent" after Sept 15th... after J.Todd posted his "annoyance" at myself and a few others... and there has been NO comments or replies from the Gambling Wages people on this issue (or any others)

As of Sept. 22nd... the last time Mysticjoz posted on that forum... she was still hoping to be paid. A few others posted in that thread the past few days asking if there was any "update" on this issue... and here it is... 9 days since Mysticjoz's last post... and not a peep from either J.Todd... or the Gambling Wages team...

I posted the same question on the APCW website yesterday and there has been no reply from J.Todd.

I, personally, think this is an issue that needs to kept at the front so that people involved with this mess are not allowed to brush it under the rug.

This is a pretty serious issue, Kakata. Mystic is pretty ill, from what I gather, and it would be nice for her to receive what is due her.

J. Todd sure hasn't kept anyone up to speed on "his progress" on this issue.

this Jackpot an now she is on another PC as something happened to her harddrive an that person does not even reply to her pm's now asking for them to send to her or CM or JTodd

so in some ways she is screwed on that part dont
know why they wont forward them to her it is not

Mysticjoz doesnt need to answer to anyone, nor should she. Its either pay or no pay, as J Todd has forced himself in the middle of it, he should post on her behalf, sooner rather than later.

J Todd, just wanted to see if all of us from Casinomeister and the other forums that are following and concerned about the GW/POC and Mysticjoz issue could maybe get some sort of update as to where this issue currently stands now since GW have now had three weeks to respond to this...I know you previously said you were waiting to receive some sort of documents...I would imagine that you had probably received those? Yea, I agree Jod and if anyone wants straight answers and not bullshit spin, it is me as you will see from all my posts here from the past five years...I did say BEFORE in my post above as you can again see here...I made that post over there about an hour ago and I think Todd and I have a mutual respect for one another and if he does not answer me to my satisfaction then I will press him again...all I'm saying is lets see what he has to say so this thread does not turn into a shit slinging fest and get shut down by Bryan like the other one did...there are diplomatic ways to get things worked out in a civil manner you know before everyone goes on a bash J. Todd rampage..

I am sorry I was not on sooner to answer or reply .
Yes, Jas and annie are right. I am really not doing well. (I don't want to bring my private medical into the forum but most of you already know about it. I am 95% bed ridden and in a wheelchair now, I am slowly losing the ability to use my legs. But I for one have never sought pity or sympathy and I will always feel that way! these are the cards I was dealt .. I deal with it, . which is why in the past I tried to only speak of it to my closest friends, or those who I thought were close).
Jas and annie are two of my closest friends. I do thank you both for letting them know. I am just now reading this and you were correct as to the reason why.. (thank you Mr. Watson you know what for). and thank you Mr. Racetrack for asking.
From how it looked up until now...this all appeared to be swept under the rug again,

I have not heard ONE word since a couple weeks ago. (actions speak louder than words.. but still, a word here or there would be a little reassuring)
But I do thank you all of you for asking.

I am sorry to say that physically i am not up to the fight again. I truly don't want to give up because I knew then I won it.. and I fought the fight and if ever there was a time we could use it that time is now.... but I have two teenage boys that I have to try to take care of as well as myself. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. (not sympathy.. help!)

In defense of J.Todd, we've all been on the road for the past week and a half. I came back early from Barcelona, but I'm sure he stayed for the entire CAP event which lasted through Sunday. Many US delegates didn't get back until Tues. Wed.

I spoke to him about this a few days ago, and he said that he's working on getting the players who had submitted complaints to him paid, but Mysticjoz is not going to be paid. Sorry, but that's the message.

J.Todd and Gambling Wages are not in cahoots like some of you are implying. He was simply trying to assist in getting some people paid from an organization that has an atrocious record of crapping on players. Don't shoot the messenger.

I'm sure you'll hear more about this on his upcoming webcasts.

JTodd said he would address it in 3 more weeks..

...We're planning on a return trip to Costa Rica in a few weeks, and this will be resolved by that time.

So it's already been 3 weeks and we have 3 more weeks to go.
