Hi,

Every Matrix is doing a system audit on their platform with the UK so until that is completed they will not release any of the new games to the players in the UK. Very sorry about this and I hope that EM has this resolved soon so we can release the games to you and everyone else in the UK .

Just wondering where this leaves UK players for the Dracula free spins promo.

I understand that the game launches on Fri and have been participating in accumulating free spins. Reading this and taking into account the issue surrounding the free spins fairy award that many couldn't take up the other day I'm wondering if UK players will actually be able to make use of their Dracula free spins this week?

We haven't gotten more updates from EM regarding their audit and at least according to them Tower Quest should still be unavailable for UK.

I can also answer the question regarding the Dracula promo as i've been handling that one. May I ask that where did you hear about the campaign as we haven't sent out info about that to UK players due to the fact that we can't be sure whether EM gets the audit done in time and the UK ban of new games would be lifted. That is why we limited the participating countries to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Finland, Sweden and Norway. On the English (EN with UK flag) promo page it states the participating countries. Also none of the material (banners etc.) are showing on the EN site.

That being said, if you've collected those spins, i'm sure we can find a solution for that. Just notice that for future days the spins won't count.

I also updated the AU, CA and NZ promo page t&c to indicate the participating countries.

I see now the t&c's show country validity. Did I miss that before or was that the update you made.

Yeah, I wasn't that pleased either that we had to exclude UK. But once EM gets the audit done and new games are released, we will definitely do something around them for UK as well. Hopefully that will be very soon. And before that there are other interesting promos coming up.

That's odd but noted. Did always wonder why it had NZ in the URL but seems to do that on computer and phone so didn't give it a second thought.

I send this question forward and will get back to you on that once I have a definite answer. Play'n GO supports AUD in all their games but i'll have to go to EM to see what is the situation there.

This is correct. We are hoping this to happen in June but before that happens, we'll do everything we can to have everything running as smoothly as possible on EM.

The sportsbook will remain but as we are working on the whole project I don't have all the information at the moment. We will naturally inform everybody once we have everything set.

Hate bumping threads but anybody from GUTS got any updates about UK players.

Its been ages now since any new games have been available and its surprising that not only are there no new games available but theres been no updates either as to whats happening.

Okay I was just about to deposit at GUTS but decided to go to live chat to see if there was any update on new games as I wanted to play some of them.

Lets just say I was surprised by the answer.

According to chat they now HOPE to have them available in July. According to chat Everymatrix has no licence for the new games for UK players. So I explained that every other EM casino with UK licences has added the games to which I was told that he was sorry he had no idea of that and he was only letting me know what he had been informed and maybe I would be better emailing Tony to find out.

Pretty surprised really but think it would be good if someone could let us know whats happening. It might not be a big deal but some of the new games are decent for a change and its worrying that GUTS wont be adding any new games for 4 months at least for UK players as its been 6 weeks since last new additions.

Can live with it but think it would be a good idea if there was some clarity and I am sure many people are interested in when new games will be available. Especially as its puzzling the hell out of me why that garbage game river of riches is available to UK players and every other new release isn't. Surely that game would be unavailable as well.
