Maybe instead of EMAILING this MTCN, you should CALL the player? Especially seeing as how they requested a CHECK and had no idea to even think about expecting a WU payment.

It's not like email's never get lost, or anything...:rolleyes:

Nooo...what I mean is that most of the time, casinos like this will send money using a fake name for the sender, not the receiver...which explains perfectly why they have no way of picking the money back up if the receiver never gets it. For that, they would to actually show ID. That's also why they'll keep it for under a certain amount, because they won't need ID to send the money.

This is 100% correct. We use a 3rd person processer, that picks a random name. We have no way of picking up the money or getting the money back after the 30 days.

Tell you what, please email me your player ID and her player ID.
I'll try get the payout department to eat the lost and repay her.
