as far as i know 32red and ladbrokes taking paypal.. but its restricted on some countries...

32Red are pleased to accept PayPal from the United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Sweden.

I believe these are PayPal restrictions, not ours, so you may struggle to find a casino to accept PayPal from the US.

Paypal will decline any gambling transactions from US players if you are using their debit card. I do not know of any online casino that accepts instant transfers thru PayPal for US players.

This has been like this for at least a few years, and will most likely continue to be the case.
