question about neteller....

Hey guys...

I am recently new to gambling...haven't really cashed out that much...but when I did I used the ACH method. Well recently I have been playing at Allslots casino....they have been wonderful as far as customer service...etc. But this time I am using neteller to cash out. Well..they say it takes 24 hours to hold it ...then 24-48 to process it. Then it takes 3-5 buisness days to get to neteller. I thought this seemed like a long time. Then on the neteller site it says it takes 1-2 buisness days to get to my bank account. So is the ACH method faster than neteller? The ACH takes about 5 buisness days. I was under the impression that neteller was the best way and fastest way to withdrawl. Maybe its just this casino? Please let me know if you guys know anything about this. Thanks...have a good day!

If you want to get it back to your bank then ACH is the way to go. If you want it back in NETeller for use at other casinos, then you'll normally find most Micogaming & Cryptologic casinos have it back in there 24-48 hours.

More often than not its "next day" but you have to get through the dreaded "Reverse Withdrawal" period first where every casino hopes you have the willpower of a chocoholic and will blow it all chasing your losses. Oh no wait, sorry, i forgot...players like it and its a feature. Silly me.

To be fair, there is no "Reverse" time at Cryptologic casinos. And a couple of MG casinos will reduce it to one hour for you, otherwise, you're stuffed

Last time I played at Jackpot Factory, they did offer the flush option. Just call up whichever 1-800 # is applicable to you, and ask them to flush your withdrawal. It speeds it up by at least 24 hours. Also, Jackpot Factory is one of the few groups that processes cashouts three times daily, seven days a week. Again, last time I played anyway. Hope that's helpful.

A week from Saturday i made a withdrawal from All Slots, late in the evening. It was held in Reverse Withdrawal mode for 24 hours. I don't believe i did request to flush it (for sure, i did not call them and i don't believe they have live chat, certainly didn't use it). The funds were in my neteller on Monday. Pretty darn good for a weekend cash out. The day thereafter they also emailed me a withdrawal statement. All Slots is my favorite casino right now.

Thanks, Pinababy. I thought those 24 hours Reverse Withdrawal periods were cast in stone at all casinos that offer this "wonderful feature". I requested another withdrawal from All Slots last night so i am going to contact them right away to flush it. Thor loved me last night and now i love Thor too Nothing like what you and Thor worked up the other night but enough to make an until then lousy week quite pleasant again.

PS: Pinababy, what other casinos do you recommend at the Jackpotfactory? I have played at All Jackpots several times but didn't do too well. How about First Web and Wild Jack? Do you recommend them? It's a pity that comp points don't count collectively for the whole group.

thanks guys for the replies. First I got mixed up on what casino...it was at Alljackpots...same company as allslots. But anyway...I cashed out this past thursday. And its still not there today. I didn't think ACH was faster because it says 5 buisness days. But since they are saying neteller takes 3-5 buisness days..then maybe ach is the same time frame. But why do so many people get it so quick to neteller? I am not sure about this. Also have you guys ever cashed out using e-check? I read it just goes back to your bank account the same way it came out. Thanks again!

I called Allslots last night to flush my withdrawal and the person i spoke with was very pleasant. He confirmed the amount of my withdrawal. However, when i checked in neteller this morning there was my deposit and two other amounts. But it accounts for only 1/3 of my withdrawal. That seems weird.

Btw, they did confirm to me that live chat isn't working right now (in my limited tenure there i have never seen live chat functioning there).

Yeah it seems like its taking a while to get to neteller. If I do not see anything tommorow I will give them a call. Well I have played at allslots and alljackpots. I never cashed out at allslots. And this is the first time I cashed out at alljackpots. I know the games are random and it really comes down to your luck. But I honestly have gotten the most wins when I play ladies night in the early morning. I mean that may sound odd. But I for sure have seen a pattern. But for me ladies night has been the best. I have not really done well on the new games there. Thanks again for all of you advice/comments.

Hi Managra.....all of the JF casinos are good. All offer the same support, cashout options, etc. And yes, that has happened to me before with a cashout. It gets sent in portions according to how much and what methods you use to deposit. Hope your luck continues.

Yes, there are delays if you deposit with one method and withdraw using another. Btw, i edited my post above. I got the bulk of my withdrawal within hours of getting the first portion into neteller. All in all, just a little over a day to process the total withdrawal. Pretty good!

All Slots and All Jackpots use Inexia. As far as I am concerned they are either really fast or take forever because when they screw up, they always do so on a grand scale. I have had numerous problems with these occasinonal screw ups, and when it happens it seems that their support can simply not get the player heard over at the Inexia offices. Recently, I had a single withdrawal flushed on the 9th, but it got stuck while 3 others I made later sailed through the system. Despite repeated calls to support they were simply unable to make Inexia take any notice. It was only by contacting the rep here that I got my withdrawal and an explanation. (An error on the server prevented the withdrawal from being released after processing). The withdrawal statement then showed it to have been paid on the 9th. The point here is that Inexia simply did not react when they were informed of the problem through normal support channels, despite the solution being simple. It took the proverbial "rocket up the jacksy" from the Casinomeister rep and they moved like lightning and paid out first thing Monday Morning.
Once Flushed (they will do this for all, not just VIP), it can be in Neteller in as little as 6 hours if you catch the next batch. It should make it the next day pretty much all the time. With this speed, it is beaten only by the Casino Action instant payment option. The best I have had elsewhere is in Neteller the day after leaving pending or being flushed.
