Question about chrome browser

With all these new multi platform casinos it seems google chrome is the browser to use I found have problems using chat when I use Internet Explorer.. However when I do try to use chrome I get major pop ups and it's a real pain so I don't use it... I have pop ups turned off on it bit I still get them... Any advice or suggestions? Thanks

if you get popups then it looks like your browser is hijacked and you need to get rid of that.

can you send a screenshot of those popups? in my experience a reinstall of Chrome will not solve this issue. Depending what causes the popups you will need to either manually or with an anti-spyware program delete it.

Can't do the screen shot right now but it's usually the old your computer is infected click here or call here.. I don't get it on IE only chrome.. Sometimes it's an add for a casino lol while I'm on a casino site

so yes. that definately is malware and your chromebrowser seems hijacked.
what is the name of the ¨software¨ they ask you to download or what is the name of the webpage that pops up?

the first thing you should do (in case you have not done yet) is download the free version of antimalware bytes (the first one at the webpage), install it and let it scan your computer.

this generally cleans your computer from many kinds of malware though it can be you still have to manually remove some malware. try it out! you can choose for the quick scan.

OK thanks.. I'll run my Norton on it.. I was just confused since it doesn't affect my Internet Explorer.. I had at happen before and got rid of it..

ok, good luck and yeah, it can be just your chromebrowser is affected and your IE works fine.
if you need any help on it, let me know. i have experience with this kind of annoying malware.
