I have an account at Ovo, the sister site, I asked about them on here recently.

They have a refer a friend program that I looked into, it said that both parties would get a little something once the new player has deposited.

This didn't happen, both of us sent about 10 emails (email only CS, not good enough) and no replies. Finally a reply and I was told that it was a typo error and only the person who made the recommendation gets the bonus. They did give me 10Euro as a gift but still these kind of mistakes are lapse on the homepage.

I also dont like the fact you enter the game and chose from say 40 machines to play. Some of the latest wins on these displays go into the millions, again I would say lapse unless they are taking bets that most places couldn't dream of covering.

I don't understand this, you kind of get the impression that you need to meet the 50xWR to be able to withdraw the bonus money. But that you can withdraw before meeting WR but the bonus will be lost. I am confused

Also is the WR 50x Bonus or is it 50x D+B?

And here from the general T&Cs

58. Bonus credits can be placed into a User account as part of a marketing campaign. These credits cannot be withdrawn or paid out but they must be used for the playing of games.

So are all Bonuses Sticky/phantom? Or does this only apply to some bonuses?

I took the 100% bonus,never got to play it though, you can always withdraw you just forfeit the bonus not your real money, so i like it.

So i made a deposit of 100€ and i was under the impression that you get the bonus so that you can use it to play with. Well it seems that this is not the case, looks to be a post wager bonus.
I have read the T&C's but i'm none the wiser.

As you can see i have clearly been credited a bonus.

No, you have to wait obviously and not play it back (been there, done that...), but perhaps the OP can give us more details about this? How long is the pending period? I must assume there is no option to flush - not my kind of casino then, unless you get paid the next day.

yes i send email to rep here and pm'd her aswell no response yesterday non of them,
withdraw was not able it say no available balance. of course i have all kinda screenshots now...it looked like a ghost casino... no one there.

Yes you can watch other players playing slotmachines and when they leave you can then play that same slot.
But he was pure lucky to hit that big bonus as it is offcourse all totally random.

On the other hand,you can stay on the same slot if you reload your account before your balance reaches 0 so if you had more than 1000 Euro's to spend you could have reloaded your balance and kept on playing,so in that case the other player would have never the chance to "steal" your slot.
