I 2nd that nomination, I don't care that they blocked my country with no notice but at least have the professionalism to filter out my name from promo's that I probably didn't sign up for in the first place...

Now,I would like to nominate this casino for the Fall from Grace throphy @ the next CM awards.
Not only did they not listen to me to get my account fully closed after they decided to withdraw from Ireland,my account is still accessible however I cannot deposit anymore obviously.
I have asked them 3 times in writing now to close my account,not even a single response.
And here is the coolest part!!!

Since they withdrew from the Irish market I am getting bombarded with their special promo e-mails!

But I CANNOT deposit anymore & I asked multiple times to close my account and remove my e-mailaddress from your mailinglist.

Both have not been done so for me this casino has made a big big big fall from Grace.

First they block me out of the blue with no prior notice given.
Second they have not closed my account, even after multiple requests from my end to do so.
Third, I all of a sudden get loads of promo e-mails (must be a bright person in your marketing department, to send out promo's to players from banned countries) ..

Thank God there are plenty of casino's now where I can play Novomatic slots because Quasargaming will not ever see me back again even if they come back to the Irish market.

I got that too. My IP was also affected as I am from Australia. I was surprised to see this! Wonder what the goes with it? It says legal issue as well.

Its called greed, The governments in country's have clicked on that gambling is big business, So slapping casino's with a license etc, I can assure you if it was in the casino's best intrest they would not block know where,

Its also to do with the game suppliers also, You would of thought the money they make they would get a master licence for all country's that accept gambling, But again its greed, There not to worried as long as there games are getting rented out

Remember we lost our favourite casino of Bet365 for Australia back then cos they suddenly had to announce through email that they had at no choice to close our aussie account when they were not able to have licence within Australia to run Bet365. That was the worst news back then. Only can do sport bet but other than that, no casino thats it.
