I have been generally very lucky with bonuses. Been caught a couple of times with some that have play though that is almost impossible but at least came out without a loss.

Got a snail mail from casino.com. Standard blurb;please download and we will give you $50 free. Downloaded and got no credit. Mailed then and received an email saying that they had such a response that it would take a while. Emailed them again today and received the following response. Please know it is an auto response and that is 30 days since I received the letter. On the bright side at least I only wasted the cost of downloading the casino. Broadband is not cheap here

This is the email

Dear Player,

Thank you for your email regarding our promotion.

We would like to advise you that we are currently experiencing delays in crediting funds to eligible accounts. This is due to a massive increase in the number of contacts we have received regarding this promotion.

We are working hard to ensure your email is answered as quickly as possible and would like to ask you for your patience in the meantime.

Thank you in advance for your co-operation.

Sincerely,

Casino.com Customer Service Team

If they have had such an overwhelming response, they will no doubt have a similarly overwhelming desire to void winnings on the slightest excuse, so best not to play for the moment.

$50 is unusually large for a no-deposit free chip, especially with the current state of the industry. This offer is probably all over the bonus whoring forums, and is likely to be discontinued very shortly, if they have not already done so.

I received the same email, but I was very surprised, as my account has been credited with the free chip within 24 hours of receiving the above quoted auto-response. I have an account at Mansion as well though.
