Dont know if its the same for others but no BTG games are loading on VS today or yesterday.
Think the players are being treated very badly by the provider and casinos, unless I have missed it,
there has been no response to the problem by BTG or VS.I wouldnt expect BTG to post as that is not the way
they do things,which I find arrogant and insulting but that is their choice.I cannot understand why VS cannot
pull the games and post a simple statement staying that there are problems and the games will be available
again as soon as these are resolved.

Dear Players, we are dealing with this and will hopefully have a normal service within the next few days. Some things are out of our hands when it comes to connectivity through partner technology and we are dealing with it as swiftly as the process allows.

Down for me too at some of my favourite casinos including VS. Just stays in the black screen, red writing BTG loading page for eternity.....No NYX games load for me, different browsers do nothing, incognito, the same. I guess it's not down for anyone else as well, know of a fix?
Nvm got it to work on Casumo, but not working on VS or a few other casinos

Whilst playing 'Opal Fruits' at allBritish casino early this morning. I got an error message after the last spin of the bonus had completed.
So I reloaded the game, and got the message, that there was an unfinished game.
After clicking ok, to continue. The bonus started playing through again, from the start.
Except this time, the spins were different, as was the final winning amount.

I've contacted AllBrittish support. Although I seem to remember reading in other threads, that these errors can take, days or even weeks to correct.
Maybe @L&L-Jan can hurry things through.

What I won't be happy with is a replay, resulting in a lower amount. I know that 'malfunction voids pays' but the error did happen after all the spins had completed, and it was a 5 scatter trigger.
If the system isn't working correctly, and 30% of bets are affected, then the game should be pulled immediately I'm afraid. I don't actually think its BTG directly as on some casinos I have no problems at all, SkyVegas, Coral for example. Was playing Extra Chilli on LV the other night fine too.
Could it be NYX that is the problem maybe. I also played at one of your brands Jan a few days ago, the one with autoplay played fine, the new one without with terrible, is that served by NYX?

British rail?Yup - digital services should be of “free from defects” -30% self confessed failure rate is nothing near that. The games should be pulled. Whether a “system” is talking to another “system” or not is irrelevant, and not our problem.
