Dont know if its the same for others but no BTG games are loading on VS today or yesterday.
Think the players are being treated very badly by the provider and casinos, unless I have missed it,
there has been no response to the problem by BTG or VS.I wouldnt expect BTG to post as that is not the way
they do things,which I find arrogant and insulting but that is their choice.I cannot understand why VS cannot
pull the games and post a simple statement staying that there are problems and the games will be available
again as soon as these are resolved.

Dear Players, we are dealing with this and will hopefully have a normal service within the next few days. Some things are out of our hands when it comes to connectivity through partner technology and we are dealing with it as swiftly as the process allows.

We will keep you up to date as we get more information on the issues at hand.

Up and running again at AllBritish, and I finally got to play the feature, which paid yet another different amount, although it did at least complete.

The odd thing was, that it started with a 15x multiplier, and zero balance. Where as the original trigger was x5 multiplier. So it's like the winnings from x6 up to x15 are missing.

Quite a difference from the original win of £77.69:(:(
I suppose I should be grateful that the free spins weren't lost completely

Now now, he did make a cameo just the other day, to address the problems (briefly) going back weeks

Hopefully, he'll get round to this issue by circa October

Down for me too at some of my favourite casinos including VS. Just stays in the black screen, red writing BTG loading page for eternity.....

Whilst playing 'Opal Fruits' at allBritish casino early this morning. I got an error message after the last spin of the bonus had completed.
So I reloaded the game, and got the message, that there was an unfinished game.
After clicking ok, to continue. The bonus started playing through again, from the start.
Except this time, the spins were different, as was the final winning amount.

I've contacted AllBrittish support. Although I seem to remember reading in other threads, that these errors can take, days or even weeks to correct.
Maybe @L&L-Jan can hurry things through.

It would be nice to get credited with the highest amount of £115.04, lol
But I'll be happy with the original win of £77.69
What I won't be happy with is a replay, resulting in a lower amount. I know that 'malfunction voids pays' but the error did happen after all the spins had completed, and it was a 5 scatter trigger.

Could you please PM me your details for this casino account? We will look into the game data as it is made available by our partners.

We were told by our distribution partner to this casino (..) that there were issues with their Malta service and they were rebuilding the database, I will get a full statement from them today and we will look at get an answer to you as soon as we know the full facts of the situation.

If the system isn't working correctly, and 30% of bets are affected, then the game should be pulled immediately I'm afraid. I don't actually think its BTG directly as on some casinos I have no problems at all, SkyVegas, Coral for example. Was playing Extra Chilli on LV the other night fine too.

Could it be NYX that is the problem maybe. I also played at one of your brands Jan a few days ago, the one with autoplay played fine, the new one without with terrible, is that served by NYX?

I wonder in what other industry a failure rate of 30% would be deemed acceptable level of service to provide to customers? British rail?

At least some casinos had the decency to pull the games although one imagines they had to be forced into taking action as opposed to something more proactive.

In regards to the 'lost' game states - I assume all transactions must be logged and stored if not for audit purposes. If that's the case then they could in theory go back and calculate the correct win amounts. That's probably a fair bit of work but it would be the right thing to do. I don't think they'll do it instead relying on game void malfunction, however, if they do decide to make that call that surely all games are void for the duration of the issue. It's situations like this where it gets quite murky for customers because what genuine recourse do you have here? Customers will have to accept whatever they are given and that's it.

I did not receive such a request, but if that request was submitted - we provide your username only, e.g. abc12345

Because that's the only piece of data (plus country,gender and age) we send to our game providers.

I'll chase Nyx today for you.
