Hi cutting a long story short won £2800 in total off casino 77 struggled to verify docs constantly declining etc. in the end all were accepted couple of days later received an email stating they thought I was using an unfair advantage at roulette i was playing highs and lows that’s all and my winnings were void and they refunded the deposits. Emailed ecogra at the end of June about this issue and still yet to hear back. Anyone else have any good ideas or can tell me when I’ll hear back? Thanks
