I agree with the OP. I have stated a few times in different threads that they need to hire more employees or train the ones they have to help out with withdrawal. Unfortunately, it has fallen on deaf ears...
To me, there is a HUGE difference in processing the withdrawal from the casino, then the processing from the processor. I can understand the delay in receiving your funds,(For US players only) but can not understand the delay with the casino processing it. From my experience with getting checks, it takes the processor 5 business days to actually send the check. Then another 3 days til delivery. So that makes the withdrawal time including the delivery time 10 business days. Not to long ago Tom did post an apology for the delays, and for a week or so things were getting back to normal, but as of today, things have reverted back. Not a good sign in my book...(Just my opinion though.)
@Chu-I think you might have a point there. But it is not just CWC's, any casino taking US players are aware of that. Before the mess with EwalletXpress, and the seizure of the top 3 poker sites, it was out of the ordinary for your withdrawal to be delayed at any accredited casino. Now it is the norm with group. There are other RTG casinos that payout promptly, and do process your withdrawals in 24 hours or less, so what is the problem here at CWC?
This is just a thought, but maybe they should be splitting this group up if it is too big for thier staff to handle. The bigger this group gets the more complaints seem to be posted here and on other forums. I do know that CWC's are not going to make everyone happy, that is a given. But the complaints for slow processing has gotten to be many. That should be sending red flags like crazy to the reps. Being PROACTIVE here is the only solution. Fixing things for ever, not for a week a two should be a priority. But like Chu stated, they know that a good chunk of their business comes from the US, and because they know this, they can pretty much take all the time in world to rectify the situation, because they know the deposits will still keep coming. (Again, this is just my opinion.)
From a retired managers point of view here is what I think needs to happen here(pertaining to withdrawals):
1-Train existing employees or hire new ones to work in the withdrawals department.
2-If getting withdrawals processed in the times stated on their website, means someone staying late to get it done, then they stay late. A few extra dollars in someones paycheck is worth it, then there will be less complaints and more happy RETURNING players.
3-Instill in all employees the importance of COMMUNICATION.-Many times players are not aware of any problems with their withdrawals until a few days have gone by and the player takes the incentive to contact the casino for the delay. Then and only then are they made aware of a problem. And if the withdrawals department is swamped with withdrawals, they should be asking for help to get caught up. There is no shame in asking for help.
4-The casino manager should be making every attempt to ensure the previous 3 steps are in place and being followed. Coming from someone who has dealt with the public for 21 years, happy customers are a hell of a lot more pleasant and understanding to deal with. Happy customers are willing to wait for a short a delay every now and then (Notice I said, every now and then). Its the miserable customers that make your day horrible and unpleasant. I know, I have dealt with many.
If those steps are something the casino feels will cost them to much money, then the responsibility falls on the Management team and owners. They need to cover the slack, instead of pushing if till tomorrow. The management team and owners should be doing everything possible to stop all the negative posts and unhappy players. For every happy player, there is at least 3 unhappy ones. Do the math here folks, the more unhappy players you get, the more money it is costing you. That is a fact, that is not fiction!
This isn't anything I haven't posted on here before, and I do realize that the reps here have a life outside of CM world, but this is the job they have chosen, and at times you need to step up to the plate and put in more hours and effort if things seem to be going down hill. It comes with the job. It is just that way.
This is just how I feel about the whole situation...
