    Got a tip today that players are (may be?) having problems getting paid by Virtual Group casinos.

    Anyone care to confirm that this is happening? First-hand reports only please.

    too many past issues for my liking Max, I cant trust a casino thats constantly giving away free chips right left and centre (well they used to anyway)

    I hope I'm not doing anything wrong. But this is just from todays complaint I've ran across while researching this group.

    Planet 7 Casino - Refusing to pay legitimate winnings

    Palace of Chance Casino - Stalling Payment

    Palace of Chance Casino - Payment delayed for well over a month now

    Club Player Casino - 3 withdrawls still sitting in pending status

    Royal Ace Casino - Giving me the run around with payments

    Slots of Vegas Casino - Still waiting on payment

    Cool Cat Casino - Ignoring my withdrawal request

    I'm going to stop there as there are many more. They make you wait 2 weeks pending. This is beyond roguish and an attempt to get players to reverse winnings. When most players cashout they should expect 0 to 48 hrs waiting period. But 2 weeks? C'mon then another 2 weeks to receive winnings in which they can't even payout within that time frame. How can anyone take them serious if they continue down this path?

    They even accept bitcoins. Bitcoins withdraws should be an option and it should be instant. There are other RTG casinos that accepts bitcoins and allow you to withdrawal instantly.

    So what I gathered so far. It takes 10 to 14 business days for a withdrawal to pend. Then after approval it takes approximately 7 business days for it to be sent to the processor. Once its at the processor it takes up to 10 business days to be sent.

    Yep and from what i'm seeing today. Complaints are lining up for payment not received on time and withdrawals still pending past due dates.

    Unless these players complain directly to us, we have to take these with an ounce of caution. There are many bogus complaints in the public fora. It is only when these are dealt with, the casino operators can we determine whether they are legit or not.

    Anybody can say whatever in a public forum. But if you complain here at Casinomeister, we will go the distance to have it confirmed and resolved. We are in direct contact with the operators, so like Max said, if you have a valid complaint let's hear it.

    I checked them once last year in September (Club Player Casino). The whole withdrawal including verification took 5 weeks to Neteller and reversible for all that time. So you can certainly speak of very considerable delay. And that's probably the norm not the exception.

    As I don't like RTG particularly much I didn't bother to play there again since.

    Virtual seem,s to have a few thread,s running here? Don,t they? 1 about the spam? And maybe another 1 It is clear that something is going on> But what is the question. I can,t say what they are doing with the payout,s I stated my exp. with COOLCAT from some year,s ago. Sorry I,am not sure maybe I will go and try, But I do get a "Not Available In Your Area"? The last few times I tried to DL CC. I believe I still have an acct. Just No Bonus,s and NO V.I.P. help anymore? I may be wrong the acct. may be closed it,s been 6 to 8 year,s ago.If I do manage to get in and win I will make a Minion Statement.I also have a Palace Of Chance acct. have not used it since my payout problem,s of that time?
