problems with High Rollers Lounge

    In all my online casino experiences, I have only had one problem, and that is with High Rollers Lounge.

    I cashed out $275 on around May 3, and met every single one of their requirements and did everything they said. Then later, when I try to log in, it said I was allowed to log on anymore. I have been waiting a long time for my cashin, and have contacted them on numerous occasions, and they keep saying its pending.

    Then today I send an e-mail. I get a response back, and here is the response

    Your account has been locked as the management believes that you are
    wagering
    in an effort just to obtain the bonuses we run without making any risk

    However, as you have met the wagering requirements of the bonus, these

    So I call and supposedly speak to this Oliver. He says that the cashin will be processed, and he said he thinks it will probably take a couple of weeks because they are "backlogged".

    So lets review here. I put $100 in this casino, met all wagering and any other requirements, and they lock me out because they don't like the fact that get a bonus and wager just enough to meet the requirements and cash out. Fine--the world doesn't always behave the way you like and after all a casino has a right to do that if they want. But now it is June 12, and I still haven't got my cashin. Their own website:

    states that all cashins will be processed within 4-7 business days. So in essence, they lied. For obeying all their terms and conditions, they reward me by not processing my cashin.

    So what now??? Should I wait the couple of weeks and see if they will finally process my cashin? Are they really going to give me my money? Should I contact my local police department and get their assistance? Is High Rollers Lounge going under because they don't have enough money to pay their players? What should I do? I feel I should get my money for doing nothing wrong, but am wondering if I will get it. Any players who have experienced the same thing, please post. All I know is for now on, I will only gamble at Casino On Net, which I trust. I have gambled at a lot of online casinos, and this is the first and only time Ithat a casino has ripped me off. It only takes one bad seed to ruin a good experience, and I had many good experiences at perhaps at least 30 online casinos. So because of this one bad seed, I don't trust to go back to the others.

    Could it be that William (gasp) has a closer relationship with Casino Heat etc etc than he is letting on here ? And is he/she having a little dig at the erstwhile Warren who is rumoured to be involved with HRL under yet another alias?

    I am new to this casinomeister website. I found this website yesterday so didn't know about the fake watchdog sites, casinos to watch for, etc. I am thankful I found it now and will be very careful in the future.

    And no, I don't have a special relationship with Casino Heat. I just had a good experience and wrote about it and was surprised to see that it's not recommended. But by reading over the info, I see that many others haven't had this experience. Hopefully they changed their ways, and I am not just one lucky member while others aren't.

    High Rollers Lounge is more than capable of honoring all withdrawals and as you have met the wagering requirements of our bonuses you will definitely receive your NETeller withdrawal.

    These guys are sisters with crystal palace and steal money at will. Stay far away, no point in playing at these scum operations when there are decent casinos out there not run by petty thieves.
