So I've been playing at my downloaded casinos fine till the other day my avast or any antivirus I use stops the casino saying it's malware
....I am so tired of this problem and was wondering if anyone else has this problem. I use a laptop and am not sure what to do I contacted clubworld and they said it's avast but I tried another antivirus and the same thing... clubworld said there is a lot of people having trouble with this... they told me to talk to avast so I did and they said it flagged it because it's malware
ok so back to my problem I can't play soooo helppp!
And thanks in advance I'm at a standstill
I don't trust AVG anymore it lets viruses slip through...
Thanks:confused::confused:

I have not had any problems loading the software, I am however, after kindly requesting to opt-out from any player bonuses, growing more frustrated daily at the spam I receive from Lucky Red and Club World offering me bonuses.

I had the same thing happen with me these past few days but I just click ignore and it allows me on to the page. There should be a setting where we can allow it to accept the page. I'll check it out and let you know, it is aggravating.

same problem

Yea I can't get too far because ten I get a error code also when I try to bring a game up it says a code number and timed out I'm thinking of quitting too I am really frustrated!:what:

I had all kinds of problems last week with an RTG casino that all started because of Avast.

Try disabling your anti-virus software while you're playing and re-enable it when you're done.

I'm having the same problem with Avast - actually earlier today I noticed that Avast wouldn't even let me open any webpage at all. Probably another ****ing program update, I opened it and turned off P2P and IM shields and then at least I was able to get online.

TBH I'm getting a little sick of Avast anyhow - every time they have a program update it installs the stuff you specifically said NOT to when you installed it the first time, and it locks up my whole internet connection and it's a bloody fight to get the computer working again. The last 4 updates I've had to uninstall with their stupid program in safe mode and then reinstall - then it works fine until the next update when you have to do it all over again.

Thanks !

I appreciate your feedback it helps me decide what I want to do with this particular antivirus.....

Quick reply from Casino Mgr says it's nothing to worry about.
I respond by downloading again, complete with shutdowns updates reconfigs all the usual time consumn stuff:
finally get to point of opening the software - "Casino shell" gets stuck and just hangs !!!
Another few mins of waiting try to close and
you guessed it ...HERE WE FRIGGIN GO AGAIN

AVG is also flagging as malware when an RTG opens but it gives you the option to allow.I wouldn't suggest disabling you antivirus or firewalls= after all your banking and other private information is iavailabe n the casino program. Check with your AV program whether you have the option to delist a program (some allow you to do this) Alternatively look at an AV program like AVG or Norton that will warn but still give you the choice to allow the program to be opened

I'm using Windows XP and AVG. I am having trouble too, and I'm about ready to throw in the towel.

Jackpot Capital's won't run, and when I save and try to run from the saved file, it returns a Microsoft error. I send reports.

Inetbet has sent me some instructions, but includes editing my registry.

I've been having problems for about 2 weeks now, since an "update".

Uninstalling Inetbet looks like it uninstalled some other RTGs as well.

I certainly am not comfortable with the idea of disabling my virus protection to play.

I reported this problem to the RTG Affiliates managers at AGD last week. It supposedly was fixed.

here's the thread

Hi All,

Sorry to hear that some of you have been experiencing problems,

We have been informed that an update to the software was applied yesterday that should fix these issues.

Please would you be so kind as to let us know if the problems persists. If so please let us know the error you are getting, when it occurs and the antivirus software you are using.

We will then forward this on to the tech team who are trying to resolve this known issue.

Many thanks in advance.

UPDATE PROBLEMS---RTGs

May I make a request of INetBet as well as all other RTGs.

Everytime that you do an "update" you seem to destroy all of
the connections to the games.

For instance, I have been a player at INetBet for many many years,
and have at one time or another had all of the games downloaded, but
recently everytime that an update of the lobby has been done, I also have
to re-download each and every game.

Since I am on a dial up connection to the internet, each game, including the
original lobby update takes over two hours to load. This means several overnight
sessions to get just a few games reloaded.

Is there something that is being missed when the updates are being coded?
Or is there something that can be done to keep the games from being destroyed
when the lobby is updated?

The games actually exist on my hard drive, but the software still takes forever to
go through a complete update for each one, instead of simply reconnecting.

HELP!

Thanks for listening
MaryJean

problem with installing ANY rtg casino

no antivirus.

tried a second computer. tried some other RTGs none can get installed. the windows XP error window that offers to send report to microsoft.....

Installed ones work well. but on the very same computer cannot install new ones.

Note that it is not limited to this computer, as i tried a second one and got same problem

Inetbet, I'm please to report that I've followed your instructions in the email you sent me, and I'm back up and running now. Thank you kindly for the birthday gift too.

I'll be tackling some of my other RTGs following the same procedure.

While AVG did flag the program as Adware, I chose Allow.

I hope Inetbet doesn't mind me sharing the help they gave me. It's worked for Jackpot Capital too, and again, ty Jackpot for the birthday gift!

Delete the existing casino software by doing the following:

Click the Start Button on your desktop > Choose Control Panel and > Click on
Add or Remove Programs.

Locate the casino software from the list and click uninstall.

You should then delete the casino directory (under Program Files by
default).

Click My computer > click C Drive > Click Program files > Highlight iNetBet

and then delete this file

Then perform the following registry edits (this is the most important):

1. Click Start > then the Run option > and type the word regedit into the
box provided

2. Click OK
3. Under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Registry, open this and navigate to
Software -> go to RealTime Gaming and highlight the iNetBet Casino folder
and delete it.

Next you should open Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options.
On the general tab clear the temporary files, delete cookies, and click the
settings button then make sure "every visit to page" is selected.

You should then re-install the casino and try to access the games.

Same here.
I'm also using XP, and I cannot install any new RTG.
The installed ones work just fine.

I USE AVG

and am having the same problem......Yeah, I can disable it, but I like to do other things on the net while playing......So very frustrating!!! Guess that is the price you pay when you get something "free"!

I have Desert Nights installed. It works perfectly but their processor won't let me deposit with my credit card. It's the same card I use to play everywhere else. In fact I've used it at this casino more than once.

Everyone else has trouble getting the processors to give them money.

I can't get this one to take mine.

as I had the same problems I found something called cloud services in the settings and disabled it also I put the casino's in the exception area and I haven't had anymore problems I think it was the cloud service located under settings !:)
