Resolved Problems with a main street casino

Well after sticking up for these guys here it is looking like a main street casino may be going rogue?

I played at las vegas usa, straight deposit no bonus, requested 2 seperate withdrawals on the same day. I talked to them last night to see what is going on as it has been a week, they say the security department has to call me to verify some info, I don't like this as I get dinged for the charges but I thought, well I have not played there in awhile so no big deal.

They called me and verified info and processed only the 1 withdrawal today, there is still the other withdrawal stuck in reverse mode! I talk to live chat tonight and ask why is not my other withdrawal processed as well, here is the transcript....

Jacqueline: My note says: 1st phone call failed for withdraw

geoff: I had 2 withdraws the same day, they called me last night to verify info and they told me everything is verified now.

Jacqueline: ok, then you have to wait for it to be moved to the next step

Jacqueline: this can take 2 to 3 weeks to get to you

geoff: ummm, it's by moneybookers

Jacqueline: that is the timeframe we have

Jacqueline: once approve it takes like 3 days

Jacqueline: the whole process takes 2 to 3 weeks

geoff: uh no, what process?

geoff: You guys did the 1st withdrawal like I said today after last night's phone call

Jacqueline: you have to be a little patient

Jacqueline: once it is ready, you will receive a notification

Jacqueline: or write to financial requesting updtaes

geoff: What is this new process? I have played at all main street casinos for 6 years, it takes like you said 3 days, it has been a week.

geoff: They have to call everytime a withdrawal is done?

Jacqueline: it depends on the status of the withdraw sir

Jacqueline: I cannot say yes, or no

Jacqueline: because it may change for every one

geoff: What status? They verified everything last night, this withdrawal was in the system at the time with the one they processed.


After this no answer and this person closed the chat.:mad:

This is unacceptable! Why does security have to call me every withdrawal? Even more when these withdrawals were done the same day.

Hi I typed my question out already on 1st screen

Jhosua: Thank you for contacting us, allow me just a couple of minutes to review your account

geoff: ok

geoff: This is a 2nd withdrawal done the same day as a withdrawal you guys processed today, security department already called me last night.

Jhosua: I dont understand I see that the withdrawal has been approved

Jhosua: for $100 today

geoff: Yes

geoff: Their was a 2nd one for 65.00 dollars as well

geoff: It's still showing in the cashier screen under cancel withdrawal tab, dated same day as the 100 dollar one July 14

Jhosua: usually the withdrawal process takes from 7 to 14 business days sometimes its faster than that but we cannot tell you certainly hoe long it will take

geoff: ok, just don't make sense why you process 1 withdrawal but not the other one

Well once again I mention casinomeister and I get results right away, I emailed support again saying I am a member of casinomeister forum and boom they process my withdrawal and now have it in a instant instead of 2- 3 weeks as noted above in chat.:rolleyes:.


I am so glad I have found this forum and after mentioning this forum 2 times in the last week with transaction problems I got immediate results, so I feel gratitude is owed to this forum. If only I can win a big jackpot now to share some of it with you guys.;)

But still to get talked to like that and no answers really is what is disturbing to me and I still have a withdrawal owing from a main street casino but nothing to complain yet as it has not been passed the usual time yet so can't complain about that one.

But I think I won't be playing at this or these casino's anymore from this group, I did have a problem with club world last week but the rep got back to me and everything was sorted so I may just keep my play there.

Anyway I still think it was a good idea to do a thread for other's to see and help them decide if they want to play at a certain casino or not.:cool:

Clear cut case of stalling. There was never a REAL need for it to take up to 3 more weeks, and they knew it. Of more concern is the implication that this dodgy practice is widespread, but they are careful not to apply it to players who are known to use discussion forums.

It's a bit like the 10 day pending trick used by Digimedia (former BelleRock). I found them routinely taking 11 days to pay my withdrawals UNTIL I had that monster 66K hit, and they couldn't get rid of it fast enough. They asked for documents not long after (clearly it had not sat in pending longer than the stated 24 hours this time). They must have known that any thread about this win here would be closely followed, and didn't want me to be adding "still waiting for it" the following weekend.

One shouldn't have to namedrop CM in order to turn a 2-3 week wait into an almost instant action. If their reasons were genuine, no amount of namedropping would have made a difference.

Main Street were removed from accreditation because they were routinely taking 14 days to approve withdrawals, and had no intention of changing. This is such a small amount to make such a fuss over too, insisting on a separate security call and lengthy verification for an additional $65, rather than using the verification they did the same day for the $100.
