Problems accessing/loading CM site - please let us know here

Am having a lot of trouble trying to access CM today.

The landing page does not load at all, or it takes forever (and I mean forever!) and then freezes

When trying to log in, the page freezes.

When I reach the Forum site, I am presented with an unformatted page (screenshot attached).

When typing this post, I received a message across the screen that the CM site might be having trouble today. It was too quick for me to take a screenshot, but suddenly I was taken to the post by Pereblue about the new format.

Trying to add a screenshot, and I get the dreaded 'Oops" message.




About had enough of this site for today, due to the unremitting slowness and errors.

Have you tried accessing the site with adblocker disabled?

Or perhaps tried with a different browser?

Just checked - it must have been your connection or your browser. The forum and servers are closely monitored and checked every 60 seconds 24/7, so it could have been the Internet tubes getting clogged up. I dunno.

This is getting weirder and weirder.

CM is the only site I am having trouble with.

Constantly getting "SSL Handshake failed" messages, with further info stating that the CM site is offline.

I am unable to "like" any posts in this thread as that option does not respond.

Last night, I actually managed to get onto the CM site, but even though I could access other posts, the ultimate irony was I was not able to access this post.

I have switched between Chrome and Edge, and yesterday was having trouble with both.

Today, still can't use Edge. Totally unresponsive for about 5 mins and I then get the following:

"This website www.casinomeister.com/ is currently offline.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Clicking on Refresh resulted in a 'waiting for www.casinomeister.com", and when it eventually resolved, once again the screen was an unformatted mess.

Chrome is - sort of - all right. Still some weird glitches here as well though.

Edit: Once I posted this, the 'Like' buttons are now usable. ????????

Edit Again: The problem seems to be a known issue with Edge.

When trying to logon kept getting one of the following...
waiting for browser.events.data.msn.com
waiting for assets.msn.com

Looked up these messages on the web, and it seems to be a known problem that MSoft still has not provided a fix for. Doesn't matter what was suggested, still can't access CM on Edge.

And another frigging timeout on Edge - Error 524.

I hate Google with a passion, but I guess to access CM, this is the way it has to be.

Hi,

We did work last week on our SSL Certificate for the site and servers utilised by the site. I know it can be pain for many people, but could you clear your cache history on the affected browsers where this occurring. Additionally I will do the same at the server level.

First time in days I have actually been able to log on, using either Edge or Google. Am currently using the Edge browser.

This morning was a nightmare as every time I tried, it took ages to load the landing page, and when I clicked on the FORUM tag, it also took its sweet time doing whatever it was doing, before I received a message along the lines of "Page redirected you too many times", and then I received the usual CM Offline message from Cloud fare.

I cleared out my browser history
I did a disk cleanup, including temp files which can cause problems.
I cleared out the DNS cache - ipconfig /flushdns
I also cleared the Windows store cache - WSReset.exe
Also cleared out my location cache.

That was all done days ago, but it made no difference.

Until miraculously, ten mins ago, here I am.

So still very, very slow in loading both the landing page, and the Forum tab, but so far.... am not going to tempt fate by finishing that sentence.

I continue to have these issues too. The CM site generally seems ok during UK daytime hours but runs like a snail during nightime - Aus daytime.

Update: Whatever was causing the problems has now disappeared completely. Response time is back to normal.

It's happening again. Makes logging onto - or reading any threads - a bit of a nightmare.

I have recently upgraded to Windows 11, but the problems occur no matter what the browser.

1: CasinoMeister has had too many handshakes - or something along those lines. Sorry but the S/S I took didn't work.

2: Cloudflare error.

From time to time; When thread-hopping for example. Browsing different threads, usually just randomly when opening the page. All good if there are no issues on your end Just wanted to check if other experienced the same issue.

Spotted another small bug, maybe slightly irritating to some, including miserable me.....

When you click the search option top right and the text box appears for you to type in, previously entered searches appear below.

If you go to click on them (save typing it again and again) the box disappears and you have to start over and basically type it afresh ever time.

Hmm, sounds like a good catch. Is there any chance you could post a screenshot of this?
I ask because when I try to reproduce it this is what I get:

exactly the same thing here, but being a not-important issue (just enough to referesh the page), I never reported it.
