problem with CasinoUS T&Cs

Hi could you have a look at that matter and tell me whether YOU can find anything in their T&Cs that would confirm my or their point?
Id realy apreciate that !

The matter is: If I had to wager 3000$ Id keep playing until I reach it but if I had to wager 9000 (!!) $ I would just screw the bonus and cash-in. Thats why Im asking....

I went to their site and read thru the T&C a couple of times and I believe that your interpretation of it is correct. These are the first and most relevent parts of the wagering requirements For the initial deposit bonus, wagers on Roulette, Craps, Baccarat and Blackjack do NOT count towards meeting the wagering requirements. Then it goes into talking about what counts towards loyalty points. I think if they had meant to say that vp counts only towards 1/3 of your w/r, then they need to say that EXPLICITLY. The way this reads now, imho it doesn't say this.

Hi lukas, I thing that you are wright about T & C, but if support told on their e-mail that poker counts only 1/3, you should not have played there. Its like you were looking for troubles. But again, as jpm said before, T & C doesnt say anything about poker counting 1/3.

in general youre definitely right, the thing was, that I got to know about this "VP only 1/3"-after I had allready wagered more than 2/3 of the wagering requirements or rather the WR that I THOUGHT would count for me. If I had known about that damn thing earlier I would have cashed in when my balance was at +100 $ net profit.

Now my balance is 200$ and Ive wagered more then 15 x (d+b) so that would give me a net profit of 100$ (since I deposited 100$...)

Ive now requested a cash-in. If this cash-in is denied I will "pitch this bitch" hopefully the Meister himself can help me in this issue somehow...
