problem with 21 casino

hi i have a ongoing problem at 21 casino where games just keep stopping due to error 211 been on live chat usual stuff clear cache etc,done that over 20 times, asked support to look into it got a reply its a microgaming problem they are looking into it.after a month of problem still happening sometimes after 11 spins or upto 115 spins so fired of screen shot of problem got answer back go onto chat they will sort it out.so like an idiot went on live chat got same answer cache etc told her i had done that every time i do thatbefore going on casino,asked if they had a technical dept that could look into it.told her all we have gone through the chat lasted over 50 minutes before the unxplained happened Screenshot (12).png
i was logged out of casino.so if the reps on line perhaps she can look into it,or does anyone have any ideas.

Think "try clearing the cache" is another way of saying we havent got a clue what the problem is.
Dont think its ever worked for me, perhaps it did once for someone somewhere and it just caught on
as a solution for everything,should try it on covid.

I have had email from 21 casino asking me to go onto chat and they will sort it out,told them chat cannot sort it out because they are not technical just keep saying cache etc.considering its been ongoing for 2 months you would think they could come up with an answer instead of keep going round in circles with chat,comeing to the conclusion they are not bothered.and not heard anything from the rep yet do they have one?????

All the White Hat sites have this, the stop-start gameplay can get rather tiresome but it's almost a given when playing there.

MG seem to be worst affected, and during certain hours the games become nigh-on unplayable. I'd be surprised if they have a rep, let alone give you anything other than the generic 'clear your cache?' mantra, nor do I expect them to rectify these technical issues any time soon

The trouble seems they aren’t bothered,but when your playing a game hoping for a feature and your 100 spins in it goes off and you have to start again

i have noticed when you play on practice mode it never happens played over 500 spins on problem games and never missed a beat.i might be putting my tin foil hat on soon.

Really the most simple way is to open a new private window, then login into the casino, and "play" from there. I refuse to remove cache as it contains lots of valuable stored logins and what more to a dozen of websites.

Last night both bonanza and danger were both unplayable with the bloody stupid “mg token error“ this is a common pain on the ass on all WHG sites.
Thursday night at diamond 7 casino on bonanza I had 3 cascades for gold on the 3rd the D came in with 4 kings linked waiting on the 4th cascade the piece of shit froze and hit me with the token error and on re loading the game it had reset with no bonus along with a £7.32 cascade win gone.
It’s being investigated but I’m not holding out much hope ,unless they resolve the issues with BGT games I will walk away from this brand as it’s the only WHG sites this happens on.

well lo and behold the white gaming rep sent a e mail asking for my username and he was going to look into it that was tuesday not heard back from him yet.will keephoping still not depositing at 21 casino till then.

I reported this back when the branders comp was running, nothing got done. Waste of time playing at any of their casinos as they are all the same, constant errors.

thats why i am not depositing something uncanny that it stops sometimes when you are over 100 spins into a game and have to reload,the most i have gone without a reload was 187 never had a feature during that run????

This is something we most certainly do care about. Live chat is operated centrally by WHG and we do not always get alerted to issues raised there unless it's something we can directly fix on our sites. This seems to be a platform wide issue according to the reports above. Now it has our attention as a licensee, we have made an IT support ticket and will get it looked into with the upmost importance, hopefully i'll have an update soon and once fixed i'll let you all know. I'm not too sure how difficult it will be to replicate, understand and fix, but it will certainly be given the time and attention it needs.

@steveyboy as you mention, I did post in another thread asking you to PM me your username so I could look into the emails/screenshots you sent personally, however you have not yet PM'd me your username so that is why you have had no response/follow up.

I've deleted the screenshots, but you can see on the link below where I posted 2, complained and Maja had sent them to the correct department. I haven't heard anything since. That was 15th June. So exactly 4 months ago. See things like that put players off playing any more, as I haven't had a single reply from your support or anyone. I last played at one of your casinos a few days ago and was still getting the errors.

Good to see a rep responding about errors. I have been getting them way too much lately on way too many sites. Ive put it down to my bad tech choice but i get these errors more from some casinos than others.

Strange for me also that i get less errors on mobile it seems

Anybody else found their 'error rate' has increased? Any tech heads who can explain what the error language actually means?
