Recently in the last two days Redbet did an "upgrade" and flash games could not be played at that time (which was a good thing as my bank roll was on a downhill spiral)
I logged in the following morning and started playing my favourite game PandaMania. Once this loaded to 100% I received a pop up saying that my account is locked. Has anyone had this happen to them before? Contacted Support Live Chat who said they were having issues earlier with Netent games but the issue had already been resolved. Also, support asked the generic browser and flash version questions which I feel alot of casinos do. But seeing as the games on their end is working, the finger gets pointed as "User Error"
I've tried to explain that nothing different had been done on my end. The only out of routine things that I did was;
*Requested a withdrawal prior to being verified - this original withdrawal was automatically cancelled for not being verified and support sent the email in minutes
*I sent the required paperwork to be verified - Verified the following day and was told that I could now request the withdrawal again
*Created new withdrawal and an email confirmation was sent to say the funds had been transferred.
In the last 12 or so hours, I've tried to log into a few games and the same pop up comes up with the same error. I hope someone's been through this - If not, thanks in advance for reading my post.
