Anyone have any feed back on Prism Casino.
I called CS.
I was told to deposit $50 and I'll get a $285 sticky bonus.
(using code: 1back285)
WR's...15X d+b = $5025.
Little risk on the downside.
Maximum cashin is 10X deposit.

Do they pay...or slow pay... :what:

They send alot of spam, so I've never had any desire to play there. Don't want to reward bad behavior.

 NO, NO AND NO~ Got it? There is a member was being false charge MANY times from them without authorization. All the dirty tricks... Do a research and you should see it.

Please don't even consider giving them any business. It's like playing the fire and you will get burn some day.....

Just for the hell of it I made a huge deposit of $25.00.
Just as a test.
I claimed the bonus (code 1back285) thinking that I will get $285, even though I only deposited $25. Maybe half of the $285 because I only deposited $25.
Low and behold...the umbrella was stuck right up my behind...opened and pulled out.
The $285 bonus was 285% PERCENT!!! :what:
NOT DOLLARS. :icon_evil :icon_evil
I had a leisurely (YEAH RIGHT) discussion with CS and he said he told me PERCENT not DOLLARS.
When I spoke to him yesterday I know what I was told because I was thorough with him.
So...now I have $96.25 in the casino that has to be played 15X.
AND remember the the $71.25 bonus will be deducted from my winnings...should there be any.

Well....let's see what happens in the next few days.

Prism is associated with the notorious + Virtual Casino. This is misleading advertising as far as I am concerned....somehow it doesn't surprise me because there have been many bitter posts here and elsewhere where these two names come up.

When I spoke to Dylan at customer service, the very first time, (two days ago) we discussed the amounts of money AND the exact amount of money that had to be wagered to meet the T&C's.
My $50 deposit plus $285 bonus = $335 X 15 = $5025 rollover. I even told him that this was alot of wagering...but my risk was little.
I said i would think about it.
I discussed it with my son, Justin, and we decided that the risk reward was acceptable.
I called Dylan yesterday...made a $25 deposit....and you know the rest.

I don't mind losing money fairly.
I don't mind meeting tough WR's.
This is part of the risk we take when we gamble.

I do mind being lied to and scammed.

Right now I have $150.25 in my casino account.
Iv'e wagered $452 out of $1443.75.

Thanks for your feedback Jetset.... :D

Your last line is the funniest! Let's see what happens in "THE NEXT FEW DAYS?" If you make 96 dollars last a few days, then you're my hero! Did you mean minutes..or at best..hours?

I know the whole world is watching.....
SO...here's an update.
I now have $233.25  in the casino and I have about $467 more to wager.
The question is...
As I approach the end of the WR's will my skill ...LOL...turn around and fail me?

I just cashed in $255.25 :D
The 285% bonus ($71.25) will be deducted from my cashin leaving me with $184.00 :)
A profit of $159.00
I spoke to Darren..he told me my cashin ($184.00) back to my Neteller will take 5-7 business days.
Both Dylan and Darren were extremely nice to me.
Both very helpful.
I'm now expecting an email from Darren stating everything I mentioned above.
Just in case I need a record of my conversation. ;)
I'm exhausted...

Daren and Dylan at Prism kept their word.
I played Apr 24...cashed in Apr 26 and was paid in 6 business days.
I would DEFINITELY go back and play there again.
These two guys were VERY helpful, friendly and we developed a personal relationship whereas we spoke of our home towns and families.

hmm...

IMO...you got lucky. Perhaps they KNEW you were 'testing' them. They may have even come across your posts here at meister. I STILL would be cautious about playing there.

I began to play and WIN before I began to post....which they did NOT know about.
So, how would they know I was testing them
They must have read my mind....IMO.

And thanks for congratulating me!

Nice going - did you play BJ exclusively?
Thank you both.....
Yes all I do is play Blackjack.
As I said in prior emails....I'd go back there anytime and play again.
Darren and Dylan were VERY helpful.
Two good guys in a land of online casinos that are sometimes difficult to trust.
