Hey Schankwart!

Look at the times. You sent the email prior to 10:29 pm Central European time which is 3:29 pm in Costa Rica. Probably pretty close to the end of the day when emails may get shuffled off until "tomorrow".

3:29 is almost beer o'clock in Deutschland

this withdrawal has been "outstanding" since last December and I have already put lots of efforts into trying to resolve it! Dozens of emails have been ignored be Prism so far, my account is locked and I have not received a single explanation, just like now.

On Monday Prismpitboss said "I'll get your payment out today". -Ditto.
A few days ago he already told me I would be paid within the next 48 hours...
I did not say a word in all my previous posts even though you can tell how much anger I had to hold back.

If this was the first time that a "deadline" would have been passed I would not complain but my nerves here have been overstretched by far already.

Prismpitboss, PLEASE do not drive me to total desperation!!!
I doubt that I am asking for too much...

I might give Mr. Prism a little more time to work this out... Maybe I have been a little too fast but as already mentioned, I am out of patience by now.

However, it's going to be beertime for me once this is resolved! -No matter if it is 3:29 or not!!! :beer:

believe me, I understand the anger you feel. When told something is going to be done, then it should be done, I don't see any reason why it wasn't.

but as admin said, the time zone difference 'might' be why no action takin' THIS time around. Wait a few hours longer and see.

Then lay into whoever if it's not been taken care of.
