EZTP.NET told me the charges came from Prism, went through ProcMoney then to them.

I'll be calling them (ProcMoney) later today and see what they say.

Keep in mind, still don't know the wrong doers yet.

Great Southern (my bank) will get to bottom of this, no doubt, I'm just restless and looking for information for myself.

I'm suppose to get in touch with my bank later today, hope they have news of some sort...!?

Jinnia, Keep me update. ProcMoney looks kind of new to me. Not too much on internet about them.

I talked to EZTP on the phone 2 days ago about my 6/15 refund (it never "arrive" my bank). He said it's being refund according his computer. So I ask him to send me an email about this statement. Gusee what? He sent me an email said "the refund has been issue (?) and please allowed 15 days to arrive my account." LOL. I forward it to my bank anyway.

During the conversation, I asked him how's the situation? Is there a lot of mess around EZTP recently? He is kind of answer yes. There has been "some issue" with Master Card around for a while.

I will be on a mini vacation from tomorrow. Just going to beach, having lobster, away from the computer for 2 days.

Good luck! Hope you will find WHO is real trouble maker there.

talked with eztp.net today (again), still claim that the charges in June came from Proc-Money - Prism Casino, and charges this month the same.

They gave me the number to Proc-Money (1-866-968-7946 or 1-911-888-824-6874), of which I called. Gave name and last 4 numbers of my bankcard used for depositing. They checked, no information at all comes up from my Name, nor card number. Lady put me throuh to manager. She couldn't find anything either. Asked for my number, gave it, said she'd check into it and call me back in about two hours, still no call, and it's been more than 2 hours.

So, someone here (won't mention who I think) is nothing more than a lying thief!!

Can't wait to see what my bank uncovers!!

If you say your going to do something, then you do it, it's that simple.

It's not good enough by a long shot, why didn't you send an e-mail to say sorry such and such is out of the office, instead you waited till the person posted here to give a retort. ( 2 days after )

One can only go on your; VCG's past performance, and this is just more of the same BS excusses that have been used in the past.

Obviously you can't see the problem here, and this is what has me questioning your sincerity.

I just noticed a poker room i played at used EZTP as their CC processor. This doesnt mean bad things does it? Just because they used same processor. I have never used CC there. The link is dead too. They are unable to process right now the link says. Just because this place used this processor doesnt mean the casino is bad news does it? For example if a place uses ecashpay they are elka related, EZTP isnt an exclusive processor only for this group is it? They could process for legit casinos too right?

according to Proc-Money, there has been a lot of complaints about eztp.net, and may be so. But When money is being taken from your account without your authorization, and it's being done by several different e-cash processors, it tends to point finger to the casino.

Just keep watch on your bank/charge statements, if you see anything that is not right. Take any and all action you can against the casino and or processor.

It'll come out eventually who has done the theft!!

Then it can be posted here, anywhere and everywhere exactly who are the lying theives!!

Pokeraddict. As long as you don't use Master credit card, I think you "should" be fine. I had no problem with my visa card with them, but Master card is another story...

Jinnia, how can your bank "see" the future? The "coming" charge? Maybe I should open an account there. LOL Please let me know the discover from the bank. It became more and more interesting now.

Back in June, Prism and or Eztp.net put charges against my account, in holding, not to go through til this month, August. So it shows in my account file they are there, but not on my statement or online account til they hit.

All banks can see this in everyones account, just ask them to check for you.
